“Long-time customer here. I genuinely love the products, especially the footwear and training apparel — some of the most comfortable boxing gear I’ve used in 15+ years of training. Unfortunately, this order experienced a very long dispatch delay despite express delivery expectations, and communication initially felt repetitive and unclear. However, after escalation, the customer service team did finally explain the warehouse upgrade situation honestly, and the order was dispatched. I still believe in the brand and appreciate what BOXRAW is trying to bring to boxing, but I hope the new warehouse system improves the customer experience going forward.”
