“I really like BOXRAW as a brand, especially the designs and style. However, I was disappointed with the quality of my latest T-shirt. It arrived with visible black marks/imperfections in the lettering, which I wouldn’t expect from a brand-new T-shirt at this price point. For a product costing around €60, I expected much better quality control before shipping. Customer service has been responsive so far, and I hope the issue will be resolved fairly. I like the brand and would buy from BOXRAW again, but the product quality definitely needs more attention.”
