I ordered my digital piano on Sunday but it did not arrive until the following Thursday due to the incompetence of tnt, the courier company. The delivery tracking did not work and I was forced to stay at the delivery until 6pm only to be told that it would not now arrive until the following day. Bonners did not dispatch the item until the Tuesday which did not help with the delivery delay.

I was a little disappointed. After arranging for my piano to be delivered on “Thursday or Friday” and making plans to be home those days. I then received a tracking update saying it would be delivered Wednesday before 6pm. So I presumed I had been been misunderstood and that Bonners thought I wanted it on the Wednesday so I then quickly cancelled work for that day and waited at home for the delivery. Now setting 3 days aside for the delivery of what is a very expensive item. It didn’t arrive until the Thursday morning when the delivery man was grumbling about it being too heavy for 1 man and saying he will need help. I went out to help and he was walking it up the drive without much care, he then laid it in my hallway (literally just inside the door, I couldn’t even get past it). No offer to put it somewhere more convenient for me. I couldn’t move it myself and waited 3 days for someone to come and help me with it. I understand the delivery company are not Bonners but I think when I spent over £1,000 the delivery element ought to be more closely monitored.

Bonners itself provided excellent service but TNT, the carrier was very poor therefore I gave an 'acceptable' grade. I nearly gave 'poor' but felt the Bonners had performed well. Of the 4 items in my order 2 (a stand & seat) were delivered expeditiously. A 3rd. (earphones) only arrived 3? days later after pressure from Emma, my contact at Bonners. The main item, the digital piano, arrived virtually a week late, again after pressure from Emma. Totally unacceptable service. TNT's paperwork was also confusing. I certainly would not consider using TNT after this experience

Goods ordered on Monday, acknowledged by Bonners and credit card debited immediately. No further communication until email via TNT informing me that goods would be delivered on Friday. Goods arrived as promised and well packaged. Would have given 5 stars but for indifferent customer communication (ie “You’ve taken my money - where’s my stuff?”)

Bonnets excellent company I have bought many keyboards from them. Big problem is their delivery system - lost my latest keyboard and took 7 days for delivery

Delivery was a week later than it was suppost to be (not Bonners fault) TNT told repeatedly lied to me on a daily basis as to why I didn't receive the piano. Lost 4 days work as a result.

All staff were polite and helpful when I phoned and I am very happy with the piano that I eventually received. However there was a significant delay in receiving the piano (after the date I was given when I placed the order) and no reply to the email when I enquired what was happening. I understand the delay was outside Bonner's control but I only found out about this when I chased it up by phone. The package was also delivered without a piano stool which I understand was also outside Bonner's control but again I was not advised of this in advance. The piano stool that I was then offered was different to that advertised

Good purchase experience let down by bad delivery. Big purchase of a digital piano. The staff excuse for non delivery is that they still knowingly use couriers that can not meet the standards that Bonners offer. Very disappointed. Split delivery. Late. No tracking. No delivery emails. Excuses from Bonners but at least they are contactable.

Dear David, Thank you for your review, and our sincere apologies for the poor service you experienced from the courier. As a result of this and a few other recent reports, we actually took the decision yesterday to stop using the courier in question and will be using an alternative provider from today onwards. The piano is okay but not happy with the retaining pedal. I don't think it works satisfactorily. Feel it needs attention.

I received a part exchange deal which helped me to buy a slightly more expensive guitar from Bonners. Happy with the products I purchased on the day however as a complete beginner it would have been nice to receive a few recommendations (I guess the guy serving me wasnt a guitar player).

Good service in the shop but we had to chase as their warehouse seeded to loose order. Then poor delivery having sent piano by standard delivery company that needed help getting piano out of the van contrary to what was agreed. Luckily help was found on the day.

Dear Allen, Thank you for your review. I was very surprised to read that we sent your piano with a standard courier, rather than with our own team, given your proximity to our store, so I immediately looked into the reason for this. It appears that this was a mistake by our despatch team and it should not have happened. Our sales team had specifically requested a Bonners delivery, rather than a courier, but this instruction was missed, and I am really sorry. You should not have had to help get the instrument out of the van - it shouldn't even have been on that van! Ordered Roland FP80 through referral. The order arrived in 3 days however had a fault with it. The exchange was hassle free. Good experience.

The amp is excellent ,just what we needed. It arrived as promised and is in excellent condition. I was however very disappointed that you didn't send a power lead with the amp. I needed to go to the store and purchase a new lead. I would have expected to have had the power lead included with the amp. Kevin Johnson

Sorry I have not used this product as I was advised the more complex product with features that I didn't require . The product has not been used at all and if i had the chance I would exchange for a more suitable version . As we live on the Isle of Wight and were visiting Eastbourne on holiday this could be difficult , any answers ?

Sent the wrong model drum kit, however rectified it very quickly by delivering the correct model the day after. The fact they noticed before the wrong model had arrived and apologised kept me happy.
