Sorry it couldnt be better but included in the package waqs a piano stool which you confirmed was out of stock but you would ring me when it became available. Unfortunately you didn't and I had to ring you. Tom was very apologetic and I called in to collect it only to find when I got it home the seat frame was cracked. I phoned back and was advised you would replace it but I would need to visit your store again as you weren't prepared to deliver. Your refusal to acknowledge the inconvenience I had been caused left me left me disappointed with Bonners, but I suppose its only to be expected in todays marketplace.

Hello Mr Dean, I am so sorry about this. I was very surprised to read that we hadn't offered to deliver the replacement stool to you ourselves. We should have done. Just because you collected the original stool from us, that does not necessarily mean it was convenient for you to do the same with the replacement, so many apologies for your having to do that, especially after the initial delay. I do hope that you are enjoying playing your new Tyros 5 - it's a great keyboard! The problem was with delivery. Yodel got confused (polite way of describing their difficulty)! I had to chase .. Very helpful at where stool made and did a lot to get sorted. When I started having to find out what was being delivered and rang Bonner's you were only able to give me another number - no ownership for sale it seemed to me. I was pleased with the stool so all well but it wasn't the best sales experience because of Yodel's incompetent staff?system?management?

Dear Joan. Thank you for your feedback and I completely understand your frustration regarding delivery. The product was sent to you directly from the manufacturer because it was built to your specifications. As a result of this we at Bonners did not have the necessary tracking information you required. I do however agree that our staff should have found out the information you required and let you know rather than passing you on to either the manufacturer or courier company. Apologies for this, and I have made sure that this type of situation should not happen again.

I have not received My Organ height Stool or a date for delivery as yet, So i think you are a bit premature on requesting feed back.

Bonners is a good firm to deal with. Just lately, the website has been very slow to load, despite other websites loading normally. The used keyboard I bought had two missing control knobs which Bonners said they could not source. It took less than 5 minutes to find them online, and less than £5.00 to order. For an £800+ keyboard the customer should not have to do this. However, Bonners is the largest music store for many miles and has an impressive range of stock. I am looking to trade in my ZOOM digital studio for something less complex. Maybe I will be back - maybe not - it depends on the website!

Dear Chris Thank you very much for your feedback. Firstly, I would like to apologise for the situation regarding the missing knobs on your G70 keyboard. You are quite right and they should have been supplied by us in the first place, and I am truly sorry that someone told you otherwise. Remind me next time you make a purchase form us and I'll deduct double what you paid for the knobs to try and compensate for your time and inconvenience. Our website does tend to slow down when updates are being made and we now only update at the end of the working day to try an minimise the slowdowns. Not a lot of back up support and the manual is essentially for an SK1 so it is difficult how to set up the 2 keyboards for separate sound. Your salesmen were not especially helpful. Can you tell me of other people you have sold SK2s to in London/south east London kind regards

11/02/2014 - ordered as it stated that it was in stock 18/02/2014 - item not received so made enquiries via email 19/02/2014 - told that Bonners were out of stock 13/05/2014 - still not received item, made enquiries via email 13/05/2014 - Bonners informed me they had sent the item and presumed it had been lost in the post 14/05/2014 - received refund Used Bonners before with no problems and will in the future despite lack of communication
