“Communication was excellent, they let me know where they were every step of the way. The gentlemen who delivered the piano were exceptionally capable and managed to get it up three flights of stairs unharmed! Very pleased would definitely recommend to any potential customers. Sean South London”

“I always find members of staff very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The store itself is always an interesting place to visit. Plenty of instruments to compare and a great cross section of music books to browse. If it happens that you cannot find what you are looking for, someone will do their up most to answer your query. To this end I have always found Tony to be most helpful. Importantly, Bonners provide a brilliant after service. I like to think that the customer is always taken care of in this respect. I must add my appreciation for the Yamaha demonstrations regularly put on. Most informative and inspiring. Well done Bonners for giving me the opportunity to follow a much loved hobby.”

“I've bought most of my expensive music items from Bonners over the last 15 years and have always been very impressed with the excellent service they provide. They have always given me a very fair price when I have traded in equipment and I and my piano students are very pleased with our latest purchase of Yamaha CLP pianos and the excellent delivery men who delivered them all the way to Croydon on a Sunday morning , unpacked them, put them together and took away all the packing materials. I can thoroughly recommend this wonderful shop. Dave Cameron”

“No problems at all - I'm a repeat customer. This is the second time I've ordered a guitar from Bonners. Both times they were nicely set up. Also staff were flexible about delaying shipment so it could arrive when I was in.”

“A knowledgeable team gave some good advice on a good starter set as a present to someone with no knowledge of what the were looking for. The set purchased is ideal for my teenage son to get to grips with the art of guitar playing.”

“I can't fault Bonners. After being let down by another music instrument retailer I was very wary, but I placed my order and the item was delivered for free the next day as promised. It had been excellently packaged and arrived in perfect condition.”
