“I visited at the beginning of the year looking for a piano in the Milton Keynes store. Was greeted by Tim who demonstrated various pianos giving me pros and cons. He is very knowledgeable of the instruments. After trying several and two visits later and i made my purchase of a Kawai CS11. Delivery was very quick, next week I think it was. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. They seem interested in you getting the right piano for you. Everything was delivered on time, I had a phone call about 45 minutes before hand to say it was on way. Very very happy with my purchase, the communication and delivery. By a mile the best place to look for a piano.”

“The best part of my recent piano buying experience was Bonners' highly professional (yet human and engaging) Youtube comparison videos. This led me to my delightful Kawai CA98. The rather quirky Bonners' warehouse in the back streets of Reigate provided the right atmosphere to experiment and finalise my choice; I quickly reached my decision to go-ahead - all very painless. Their delivery team, a few days later, could not have been more careful and friendly. All in all a 5-star performance and I have no hesitation in recommending Bonners to anyone serious about acquiring a new piano.”

“We travelled for two hours from East London to Reigate as we couldn't find a store in London that had all the brands we wanted to compare. It was worth the journey though as the staff were very helpful. Great ordering and delivery process too.”

“I traded my old Epiphone Les Paul for a new Epiphone 335 Dot. Bonners Music were extremely efficient and great with communication from start to finish. The pick up and delivery was first class. The Epiphone Dot itself is an amazing and beautiful guitar - a very happy cuctomer”

“Brilliant to be able to come into the store and check out the various pianos. There was no hard sell or pressure, we were left to make our own decision, though staff were on hand to answer any questions. We ended up with the perfect piano for our needs, it's even done its first gig.”

“Oli was great at giving me all the info to make the best decision. I spoke to his colleague on the phone a day earlier and he was also great. Had Yamaha U3 Piano a month now, and we are greatful to Bonners for making it so simple. Great service, price and delivery. Was worth travelling the distance, even though local options were available. Fantastic at communicating after we purchased as well. Thank you Bonners.”

“Ordered late on a Wednesday night. On Thursday I was called to arrange delivery and the piano was delivered very next day. Piano is a Kawai CN39 which is excellent. SK-5 is my favourite sound, very mellow. Also an excellent Rhodes sound.”
