ordered oil 7th december for delivery on or BEFORE 21ST December, then promised on or BEFORE 31ST December, phoned today 2nd JANUARY phone says customer service training so cannot speak with anyone, FUNNY THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ON 8TH DECEMBER DAY AFTER I ORDERED IT, CANNOT ORDER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AS YOU TOOK MY MONEY, THIS IS ALMOST A MONTH AGO, AND NO HEATING OIL SO LEFT IN THE COLD AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICES TO CONTACT, I HAD TO RATE THIS ONE STAR OTHERWISE COULDN'T COMPLETE THE FORM I DONT RATE THEM AT ALL! STEER CLEAR PAY EXTRA AND USE LOCAL COMPANY.

I had an email on 7 December advising me my oil would be delivered by 23 December, I chased on 22 December and was then told it had been delayed and would arrive by 31 December. I chased again on 28 and was assured it would be here, I rang again today as I have now run out of oil and was told it should be here tomorrow I have just received an email advising me my oil now won’t be here until 3 January. Every time I ring I have been on hold for at least 20 mins. I now have no heating or hot water for 4 days.

Ordered my fuel on 4th December and was told it would be delivered on or before 23rd December. On 21st December they informed me there was a delay until 31st December, but it was too late to order with anyone else this year. Despite informing them on 23rd December that I have two vulnerable adults on the premises I received an email late on 30th December to tell me there was a further delay. They have not even bothered with a delivery date this time. Terrible customer service and we have been left without fuel all through Christmas and New Year.

Appalling company who I will never use again. No oil despite order being placed on 08/12 and multiple delivery dates given. No proactive communication, no updates, long hold waits to speak to anyone and unhelpful ill informed call handlers. Total waste of time. Use a local company who cares.

Failure to deliver then continually tell you you’re order is being rescheduled and you receive a call to confirm your delivery date or you receive is a email telling you your order has been cancelled. Your money is now in a tank account and you are able to reorder your oil. Wait another three weeks and pay £60 more. Seems like a real good way of conning more money out of innocent people I cancelled my order. I cancelled my current account. I’ve re-asked for a refund which takes 5 to 7 working days only took them five seconds to take my money and I will never use boiler juice again.

Ordered 4th December was due by 23rd and nothing, get an email saying it is delayed until 31st!!! asked for a guarantee it will be delivered and got no reply. This is not the first time we had a delivery issue with them but we thought we would give them another chance, never again we will stick with the oil club in future. They are a right Mickey Mouse Outfit, take your money and dont deliver…still waiting and it is nearly a month now

No one answers the phone when you call and they have taken money from us which exceeds what we originally paid we don’t want their service for a monitor but they have kept that money and when trying to call to get it refunded no one answers this has to be the worst Mickey Mouse operation in the uk bad customer service we have as of yet still waiting to receive an email too which we sent over a week ago now no response to said email still waiting to actually talk to a real person.everybody should avoid this company as you don’t get anywhere with them .

My advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I placed an order with Boiler juice on 4th December for 900 litres of heating oil on a 5 working day delivery to arrive on or before 9th December. Received an email and text on the 9th to advise delivery was scheduled for that day. No oil was delivered. Phoned on the 12th to complain and eventually got through after 35 minutes wait to be told it would be resolved. Received an email and text on the 13th to advise delivery was scheduled for that day. Again no oil was delivered. Today, 15th December, i phoned to be told very unhelpfully and arrogantly that boiler juice were only a price comparison site and they had no responsibility for the delivery of my order although they would try and escalate our order with the delivery company and call me back. Despite their assurances, having received no further updates, I have called the supplier Certas to be told they ran out of heating oil on the 13th December and Boiler Juice were informed. So in conclusion Boiler Juice have sold me oil that they cannot provide. Their customer service is shocking and they have lost loyal customer who has used them for 6 years by failing to provide the service they offer, failing to provide any communication and failing to be truthful when questioned about my order. To make matters worse I am expected to wait 5 days for my payment to be refunded when I have had to pay to an alternative supplier. I am now close to running out and need to wait until the 20th December for an urgent delivery to arrive. AVOID.

Boiler Juice are useless. Ordered two weeks ago for delivery by 9th Dec and paid extra. Now 15th and still no sign. I contacted Certas direct, was told they are prioritising their direct customers and probably no other orders via agents before 30th Dec. Boiler Juice totally oversell their service. Now cannot contact on the phone, think they have barred my number!!! Going elsewhere as have no choice... DO NOT USE ... false economy as they cannot meet their promises or the demand. Also, the so called customer service advisers do not help ... just keep apologising. Was told not to call Certas ... wonder why?

they are the worst company I have ever dealt with I placed an order nearly two weeks ago and paid the premium to hve it delivered by last Friday, it is now wednesday, still no oil and they can't even tell me when I'll get it. The worst thing is that I could have gone to lots of other companies when I wnet to them but now because it is so near to Christmas no alternative company can get me a delivery until after Christmas and maybe not until the New Year. I have sepnt over 8 hours waiting in the phone queue or waiting for some answers when I do finally get though and still nothing costructive back from them. I am now looking at having to get a plumber in to drain my heating system so it doesn't freeze, and looking for a hotel that will take my family and our pets. The cost to me will be several thousands of pounds just because of boiler jiuce's incompetence. DO NOT USE THEM - GO ANYWHERE BUT TO BOILER JUICE

Ordered 1000 litres, money taken from account straightaway. Delivery supposed to be 29.9.2022 (I was given that date) waited all day no notification that this has been changed. I have not been given an amended date. Sadly, not the first time this has happened. Making contact is not easy, cannot find the live chat option and email unanswered. Not the same service we used to receive. Next time will use local firms and contact them myself. Disappointing.

I placed an order which was due to be delivered today. By 4:50pm it still hadn't arrived. I called you. You told me that the supplier had rescheduled my delivery to Monday with no reason given. I am now out of heating oil and therefore unable to hear my home. My husband has severe arthritis and now is beginning to feel the cold and is in pain. We will have to say with friends this weekend as we can't stay in a cold house. I will never use you again. The service we've received is beyond poor. If I'd not called to check on our delivery I would still be none the wiser. Avoid this company at all costs if you want and need a reliable service.

I have used boiler juice many times but over a period of time I have noticed the service declining from a day time delivery to a late at night delivery to no delivery at all today, after receiving Email confirmation that they would be here today 30th of September for order 3705157 we waited all day to give driver locations of tanks but this time no one turned up, they have had nearly a £1000.00 of my money for over a week, we are still in September and the excuse that they are overloaded with work does not wash, I sent an Email asking what had happened but no one came back to me (very rude), from now on rather then wasting a day waiting I will pay a 1p or 2p extra per litre and have a local depot delivering and who allows payments for delivery once it has been been delivered into my tanks.

Driver very unhelpful, got within 35 ft of my tank with his vehicle and refused to deliver because he was in a hurry and the job looked inconvenient. Called telly sales and was told I had to rebook, receive a refund and pay a new much higher price. Very unhelpful.

I was charged £10 surcharge as I ordered 800 litres and 720 fitted in the tank. The tank watchman is a crude measurement of oil needed. I was not informed of a surcharge as was just charged this. With the cost of everything I am disgusted with the service and excessive charge considering the times we are living in. Companies are on the ‘make’.

Really shocking behaviour - ordered 1500l fuel online, delivery came and was only 999l. I had to chase for a response and refund - we need the oil for winter so asked for the shortage just to be redelivered - I was refused. They now want to charge me 2 x service deliveries for what was essentially the same order. I have given them every opportunity to put this right but customer services can seemingly not deviate from their script. Please consider alternative providers unless you want duplicate service charges, at a time when fuel prices are already crippling! Shame on businesses that don't hold their hands up when they have made a mistake

Beware of hidden charges from Bolier Juice and their subcontractors. I asked for a long date delivery, but the company chose to deliver the fuel early, and because they only managed to fill 90% of the tank, they slapped a punitive fee to 'compensate them' for a loss of profit on volume.
