“great service but not happy about paying extra for slightly quicker delivery only to have delivery within 2 days.”

“Had a really helpful telephone call when I was ordering, the oil came very speedily. * The only reason not 5 stars was that I didn't get a delivery note - admittedly didn't see the actual delivery, just a text saying they were a short distance away and would be with me shortly ... but I saw the text about 30 minutes later and missed seeing the delivery happen. Usually the driver leaves a delivery note.”
