The automatic meter reader on my1200 lrs tank seems incapable of registering amounts above 900 lrs even when I know there is at least 1100lrs in it ???

Paid for 1000 litres , had 860 litres delivered , drives wrote on delivery note, and said for us to contact the office for a refund. Contacted the office who have said we aren’t entitled to the refund as the driver said he delivered the full amount. Will even be providing them with cctv of the driver writing on the delivery note. Clearly untrustworthy staff, avoid at all costs

Very poor service. I left specific instructions to be contacted the day before delivery so access could be unlocked. This did not happen so delivery could not be made. I called and it took 30 minutes to get thru. After 24 hrs I received an email saying delivery would be made next day, it was not as At 4.45 I again received an email saying delivery would be made the next day. I have contacted Boilerjuice but they cannot tell me if I will get my delivery today. The operator I spoke to tried his best to help, which is why I have given them 1 star. Poor service I will not use Boilerjuice again.

Very poor customer service. I have used boiler juice for many years now, with no problems. However on this occasion one of there tanker drivers said he could not get the tanker down my track, and I would need a 4 wheeler. I have had the standard and 4 wheeler tanker deliver for years now with no problem. Boiler juice want £35 failed delivery charge before they try delivery again, or £35 before they release my money I’ve paid for the oil. Surely this isn’t legal. Two days of promises to call me back and discuss the issue, but no call. I am now nearly out of oil and on furlough. Any suggestions.......

This company provides no customer service whatsoever. Despite taking my money I was let down time and time again with no support or response from Boilerjuice. I ended up dealing direct with their appointed supplier. Lesson learned - cut out the useless, money grabbing, middle-man.

I ordered some oil on the 4th December, planning ahead for Xmas. As of today, Dec 30th it hasn’t been delivered, despite promises via texts and calls. Be very wary of using this company.

1000 liters ordered on the 13/12/20 and delivery date given as the 30/12/20. Received a text and email on the morning of the 30/12/20 saying oil was out for delivery. Come 16:30 I contacted boiler juice as there was no delivery. No answers just an apology, no reason, just saying it was now tomorrow. If they knew that then why wasn't I informed, why did I have to chase them? This is the second time a delivery date has not been met!

I wish I had read the appalling reviews of Boiler Juice and their so called connected service before I signed up. They are holding over £200 of my money and I have a full tank of oil and they are delaying any action with continual questions. Why am I paying £6+ per month for them to tell me when to order, my old method of dipping the tank with a marked rod was quite efficient. I shall use market forces in future and the abundance of cheap deals that often undercut their prices but at least I will get decent service elsewhere .

Been using Boiler juice for a number of years now. But for the last few orders had gone to pot, with late deliveries. The latest one was .. I ordered my oil in December using my payment plan with BJ scheduled for the 21st December. Had an text on the day stating the driver had been ill so it was scheduled for the following day. Hoping that my oil had been delivered the following day I received an email saying that the company they use ( Chandlers) didn’t deliver because of a fence which was around tank. I couldn’t believe what I was reading in fact it’s not a fence but a small garden trellis which has been there for some time now and my oil has been delivered without any problem!! My husband phoned BJ and explain it was just a small garden trellis which was causing any obstruction to the tank. There replied was it was health and safety. My husband explained if needed he would unscrew the small trellis if needed so we could have our oil delivered before Christmas, as my elderly Father who has Dementia and has been in Hospital. Hoping they would take it into consideration. So we will be cancelling our Account with BJ and going to a proper company with better customer service!!

No customer service just unhelpful order takers as they have no ability or willingness to help and if you ask to speak to someone that can you are told no-one is available and they will call you back but this never happens so effectively Broilerjuice has no customer service and just don't give a toss once they have your money - Terrible unhelpful untrustworthy.

Purchased an inline water separator from Broilerjuice but when it arrived Friday it was not fit for purpose so I called their customer service but was told they don't deal with any shop purchases and the apropreat person would call me on Monday so by late Tuesday it was aparent I was not getting the promised call so I phoned again only to then be told I would need to send back their faulty item at my expense ? - I informed the agent she was wrong as the Consumer Protection Act very clearly states otherwise and asked politely to speak to a manager only to be told " That's not how it works here " someone will call - And I already know how good they are at returning promised calls. What a bunch of cowboys thinking they can just ignore UK law and be totaly unanswerable a total disgrace but thats what you get for using a faceless middle man. AVOID

I have used Boilerjuice for over 10 years with very good service. I have swapped over to connected - big mistake!!! I have no control over MY money at all as they have to refund it if you want it!! I have over £500 in my tank bank with a full tank of oil!! I have been waiting 17 days for a refund that I have chased many times and they are not answering my messages. I will be cancelling connected and wont be using them again. Loyalty obviously does not matter!!!😡

Have used Boilerjuice on and off for years. Just signed up to the Connected service and the service has been abysmal. Have paid upfront for a delivery before 16 Dec. Boilerjuice have also taken a direct debit. Tanker arrived last Saturday but refused to deliver, citing an imaginary problem with the tank. The tank has never been a problem before for any other deliveries. The tank has been checked and is completely fault free. Emailed to ask when this would be resolved and got a stock reply of "We're looking into it." Emailed again during the week and no reply. Emailed today and got same reply with none of the issues raised being addressed. Will be closing account if no satisfactory response in next 24 hrs.
