1000 liters ordered on the 13/12/20 and delivery date given as the 30/12/20. Received a text and email on the morning of the 30/12/20 saying oil was out for delivery. Come 16:30 I contacted boiler juice as there was no delivery. No answers just an apology, no reason, just saying it was now tomorrow. If they knew that then why wasn't I informed, why did I have to chase them?
This is the second time a delivery date has not been met!
