“Ordered on a Sunday for a 2 week delivery at an excellent price. The oil was delivered 2 days later - the only problem being could only just squeeze 500 litres in the tank. If it had been 2 weeks it would have gone in easily!!”

“the monitor does not seem to order the correct amount of oil required, it always sends too much for the tank to hold. But at least the refund comes through quickly”

“AVOID - Had exactly the same issue as other one star reviewers. Order was paid for and scheduled for a date, nobody arrived. Had an email 6 days later stating tanker had visited but had (unsustained) concerns about the tank and access - we have cameras on the property, no truck ever arrived, never had any issues with the access to the tank with any previous delivery. Poor service - deceptive. AVOID”

“This is the second time I have paid online with money taken out of account to find there was a ‘problem online’ and although money was in account the earlier date had passed and I needed to pay £15 more for the same order. Really? This was promised to be credited but not. No oil delivered over Christmas as booked. Now the 7th January - no oil, no contact. Boiler juice used to be excellent. Now they are abysmal. What a shame.”

“Just like everyone else, ordered on 9th December, and was promised delivery on or before 23rd December. Then delayed to on or before 31st December. It is now 5th January and still no delivery. No reply to two emails, and gave up waiting for phone to be answered after 45 min. Contacted local oil delivery company on Tues 3rd January and had a delivery today 5th Jan. What is wrong with Boilerjiuice ? Have used before and service was good, but will NEVER use again.”

“Important Boilerjuice claim your contract is with the supplier and they are just a broker. This is false. You paid the money to them and not the supplier. They made a contract with the supplier. Not you. Any refund must be refunded to the card or bank, origin of payment. Not your 'tank account.' It even states this in their own terms of service. If you ordered fuel and it was not delivered boilerjuice are in breach of contract. This is confirmed with Citizens Advice. Seek compensation. Seek advice. Report.”
