This is the second time I have paid online with money taken out of account to find there was a ‘problem online’ and although money was in account the earlier date had passed and I needed to pay £15 more for the same order. Really?
This was promised to be credited but not. No oil delivered over Christmas as booked. Now the 7th January - no oil, no contact.
Boiler juice used to be excellent. Now they are abysmal. What a shame.
