Boilerjuice claim your contract is with the supplier and they are just a broker.
This is false. You paid the money to them and not the supplier. They made a contract with the supplier. Not you.
Any refund must be refunded to the card or bank, origin of payment. Not your 'tank account.' It even states this in their own terms of service.
If you ordered fuel and it was not delivered boilerjuice are in breach of contract. This is confirmed with Citizens Advice. Seek compensation. Seek advice. Report.
