We're sorry to hear your package has not arrived yet. It was sent promptly using Royal Mail International fully tracked service. We have no control over how long it takes for delivery. Your package would have been handed to your local postal service for final delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything until the tracking is updated and the Royal Mail consider the package lost. If it is not delivered and the Royal accept it is lost then we will of course resend your order or refund your payment. Please note that we have a large number of foreign customers who regularly order from us. The delivery time can be quite long depending on the destination country. Many companies do not offer international delivery because delivery times can be lengthy. However, we do because our customers cannot buy many of our products from anywhere else.

“The minikini product is very good. I have a lot of grey hairs so have to leave it at least 45 minutes to work but it does work! No itching or discomfort.”

“Customer service was quite good! You solved my delivery problem right away, thank you~ But the product worked not so well, although it could shave on dry skin, quite convenient, but not as clean as the commercial said similar to the laser's outcome even I really tried hard to use it carefully, it was really a pity.”
