“Fast delivery, website that is not really easy to use and dont look like you can trust it hehe but finaly my order came fast! I would love to know before it arrive that I would have 10 boxes more to pay for tax in my country but anyway, Thank's Body4real !”

Thanks for your review :) We appreciate all the feedback. Unfortunately, after Brexit, countries outside of the United Kingdom have to pay import taxes when ordering from us. We have a message stating "VAT (SALES TAX) FOR NON-UK ORDERS WILL BE DEDUCTED DURING CHECKOUT" at the top of every page on our website. We don't charge tax but you do have to pay your local country sales tax when you receive your order.

“Good and prompt service. Items arrived on time as promised. Product ordered although served its purpose did not last. It washed out after a few showers which is disappointing.”

Thanks for your great review :) Temporary colour products only do not last very long and do require re-application regularly. On the plus side, it does not contain any harsh ingredients so is very popular with people who suffer from allergic reactions to permanent dye products.

Thanks for your review. You placed your order after 10 pm on a Thursday and it was promptly dispatched the next working day on Friday via economy free shipping. Royal Mail tracking shows your order was delivered on Monday. We are the official UK distributor for the products you ordered and to cut down on waste packaging where possible, we are not sending shampoo and conditioner bottles in outer boxes.
