We're sorry to hear your package has not arrived yet. It was sent promptly using Royal Mail International fully tracked service. We have no control over how long it takes for delivery. Your package would have been handed to your local postal service for final delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything until the tracking is updated and the Royal Mail consider the package lost. If it is not delivered and the Royal accept it is lost then we will of course resend your order or refund your payment.
Please note that we have a large number of foreign customers who regularly order from us. The delivery time can be quite long depending on the destination country. Many companies do not offer international delivery because delivery times can be lengthy. However, we do because our customers cannot buy many of our products from anywhere else.

Eventually after several messages, I was advised my package had been returned to them and they would send me out a replacement, by this time I had placed an order elsewhere so ended up paying twice. My was resolved eventually but it took a long time and cost me money”
We are very sorry that your order did not arrive. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail postal service and usually arrive in a few days. When a package is returned to us then it's usually because there was no one home to take delivery, and it was taken to a local Royal Mail office to await pickup. If a package is not picked up in a few weeks then it is normally returned to us. Unfortunately, once dispatched using our Free Delivery postage service, there is no way for us to track your package. We can only track orders that were dispatched using Recorded or Special Delivery services, which cost more and are unpopular with customers.
It is important to note that we do everything possible to help our customers but cannot dispatch orders multiple times unless the Royal Mail accept they have lost the package. This is why we have to wait before re-dispatching orders. Very few UK orders go missing and 99% are delivered in 2-3 working days.
