Have been happy with Bob Books for many years. Their offline software, service & product (lay-flat photo books) are excellent quality & delivery efficient. My only criticism is the online web viewing app which is out of date, lacks flexibility & has many restrictions, specifically unable to zoom, expand full screen, page turning, etc. Definitely needs to be modernised & keep aligned with the opposition.
