“The downloaded software is very easy to use for a computer illiterate like me - both for text and photographs. The finished article is excellent with clear bright photographs, and delivered very quickly ( with good email notification re progress) Now on my 11th ( I think!) photobook with Bob Books, and so obviously I am extremely satisfied”

“We now have a collection of 26 Bobbooks dating back to 2006. We have tried various sizes and formats over the years and seen how the software has improved and developed. We have tried video pictures, hard and paperback copies and recommended friends who have used the photo paper printing. Over the whole time we have found Bobboks to be the most versatile and flexible photo book making company with good customer service throughout, always ready to support and advise. We simply would not use anyone else, and we have tried the occasional alternative, the quality of this product is unsurpassed in our eyes.”

“Book was faulty - had to return it at own expense and wasn't given any feedback on how long it would take to replace it, and wasn't compensated for the disappointment and inconvenience.”

Hello Mick, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. I am so sorry that you were let down by the communication on our part. Your book was returned to us due to a binding error. You should have been offered a postage label or told to send us a copy of your postage receipt to receive a refund. Your book was re-printed and returned to you as quickly as possible. I am sorry you were not kept better informed. This has been escalated to the Customer care Manager and I know that you have already been offered a refund for your postage. Once again I apologise that you were not kept better informed of the status of your reprint. Kind regards, Bob Books

“I have a small library of Bob books now, including monochrome and matte examples. They are a satisfying way to view pictures which one wants to preserve in immediately tangible form. The overall quality of the books is good. I find that I have to lift the lightness slightly from the version on my PC screen to get the best results. In about 5% of cases this doesn't work and the picture remains a bit flat in the printed form; so you do have to learn to use the medium. But generally the results are very good. The matte books suit B&W shots; having seen examples from a very competent friend I was pleased I did one myself - and will probably do so again. The software is easy to manipulate; and delivery times have improved significantly over the years.”

“I have ordered - on separate occasions - four photo books from Bob Books. On each occasion I have been pleased with the speed of service and the quality of the end product. The design process requires a little familiarisation but, once one is accustomed to the system, it works very well and provides plenty of flexibility. I would certainly have no hesitation in using this company again.”

“Technical support is good. The quality of the finished book is very good. Design software is a little sticky, but with practice becomes easier to use. The cost is on the higher end.”

“The first time I ordered, I got the photographic lustre paper, but this time I chose the gloss photographic and I wouldn't go back! It's like giant photographs and the book looks absolutely fantastic!”

“We produced a book of photographs from a family gathering celebrating my wife's 70th birthday. We had 17 people together at a holiday camp and had a photographer take some great photo's for us and presented the finished books to the 5 groups involved - all impressed with the finished article!”
