“The book was easy to create and did not disappoint when it arrived. The only problem I recall was the checkout system and trying to identify where to insert a discount code which I never found, I tried twice! The cost was similar to other services though. I think I may still have something in the basket but it was a bit confusing. However I plan to use Bobs books again with another book soon and have recommended them.”

“The Bob Books service personnel Benjamin, Sinead, Jordan and Fiona were most helpful in helping me to get the software to work on my computer and also regarding an order which didn't exactly match the website ordering criteria. I wanted three copies of a book with videos in, so I only needed to pay once for the video storage. Delivery of my order was very quick.”

“I chose the lustre photographic lay flat as it was a special gift for a family member. The lay flat allowed me to make best use of space and versatility by laying some photos across the fold. I thought that the photographic paper brought the images more to life and showed detail. I enjoyed being creative with the software, which was intuitive. Printing quality of images on the hardback cover was good but I would have appreciated quality end papers at the very beginning and end of the book, like that produced on a photobook supplied through Apple a few years ago.”

“We find that for our numerous short holidays, the A5 size is just right. We have also used the A4 size. The output is excellent, particularly good on Classic paper. The software is very easy to use.”

“I am less happy with this book. Previous books I have published have been brighter with better representation of my photographs. In this book my photos are darker than they should be, it’s disappointing. On the cover, the lower case descenders have been cut off and I didn’t receive a warning prior to publishing. The Bob books app is intuitive and therefore really easy to use, but my previous Bob books have reproduced much better than this one.”

“I’ve used Bob Books for over ten years now. The quality was and remains the best on the market. Their lustre photographic paper photo books are my absolute favourite. And I love being able to make the books off line. So much quicker than having to upload photos that you may not end up using.”

“I've used Bob Books for a few years now and I've always been greatly satisfied with the quality of their books. I live in Australia but I will wait for the extra time it takes for a Bob book to come from the UK because I know that their quality is unmatched with whatever local offers are available in Australia. Yes, it's a bit pricier than the competitors but I think it's definitely worth it.”

“I've been using Bob books for a number of years. The freedom to design your own book and the number of pages provided are key when I'm producing holiday photo books. I find the software easy to use and upload and the book normally arrives in a few days - well packaged. Being able to collect points and having money off incentives is also a great incentive to keep using”

“I used Bob Books for the first time recently to create a photo album. I eventually got the hang of it and It was a pleasant experience. The book and packaging were excellent. A couple of photos were a little darker than I expected but overall I am very pleased with the result.”

“We have recently received our 9th photo-book and, like the others, it arrived reasonably quickly and was of good quality. The software is fairly easy to use, although it could be an easier process to start making a book with *no* predetermined frames on the pages. The only complaint was that it was easy to miss the field in the order process where a voucher code (which we had) was entered and we missed it! The text used on the order ing assistant pages is pretty small. Top marks, however, to the cutomer services team who we contacted as they agreed to accept the code and refund the difference.”

“Great service, initially I was disappointed that my photo book was very dark, contacted customer services who suggested I sent the book back for them to check out and provided me with a prepaid returns slip. On receiving the book they kept me informed about what was happening and reprinted the book which I received quickly. Now very pleased with my book great memories of an amazing holiday.”
