“Really good quality product. This last book is my tenth and pleased with all. The only element I struggle with is the detail in the backgrounds which cannot be seen until the book is published. Would be good to be able to enlarge the sample. Otherwise delighted again. Now have several friends planning their own Bob Book after seeing mine.”

“Having ordered the latest lay flat gloss finish storybook album book because the standard one is no longer available, I was very disappointed with the wave that the pages seem to have in them. (Guessing it part of the print process rollers etc) I did send in feed back and the album was reprinted free of charge without any issues. Sadly the reprint is just the same even after I was assured this would not happen again. I wont be able to supply my clients with these new books with this defect in them.”

“I have been using Bob Books for sometime now and am pleased I can always create a book to match my series easily. By using my own template it’s very simple. The books arrive quickly and are well packaged thus remain in perfect condition. Keenly priced too. I gain reward points but alas these are not usable with special offers. All in all a great product”

“I liked the experience of using the offline program as it helped me to do a book quickly and easily. However, when the book arrived, I didn’t find the quality of print as good as I expected - some photos looked darker and with a worse resolution than they looked on a laptop. I wonder whether Bob books program decreases size and resolution... I may try to do one more book to see the result but will also be trying another company to compare the quality of prints.”

“Used to App to produce the books, no major issues. 3 x layflat books ordered all superb quality especially the photo matte which is absolutely fantastic. The only real negative was the packaging, even the delivery driver commented. Very flimsy outer box was crushed and open on delivery, contents where undamaged but more through luck than anything else. Would suggest the despatch department want to reconsider their use of outer packing materials. I know most parcels are likely to be signed for, but maybe also a waterproof outer may prove beneficial. Other than that Fantastic service all round! Well done!!!”

“I generally produce 2 Large Square photobooks per year using the Luster Photographic paper and max out on the number of pages available. I love it that Bob Books now lets you add or subtract 4 pages at a time rather than 8. The quality of the books continues to be outstanding as is their customer support. Everyone is extremely responsive whether through emails or live chats. The only aspect of the latest software revision that I don’t like is how they’ve redesigned their frames page (where you can outline your photos). I find the tool confusing to use and have unintentionally altered many photo borders. That tool was easier to use in an earlier version. To end on a positive note that Bob Books so richly deserves, their standard shipping cost includes delivery to the U.S.! That’s an incredible bargain in of itself!!”
