“Big fan of Bob Books. Have used Bob for several years to give great souveniers of holidays all around the world. So much more convenient than printing photos and an opportunity to get a bit creative.”

“I have the pleasure of creating a 114-page Large Square Lustre Photographic Photobook after each one of our travels, and I’ve done so for years. The quality of the product continues to be outstanding. I have shared my books with some professional photographers, and they have been so impressed with the quality that they asked me for the Bob Books link. The tools are easy to use, although I am not fond of the most recent changes to the Frames tool. In trying to apply a Frames setting to multiple photos on the page, I found it difficult to determine which photos were targeted. Without realizing it, I wound up applying a Frame to every photo in the book when I had only intended it for one page. By the time I realized what had happened, I had to go back and check every single photo. I wish this tool would go back to the way it was before the update. Even so, Bob Books is such a superior product. I look forward to producing my next book!”

“I have now made several photo albums of our holidays with Bob Books and I find it really easy to use, I spend many happy hours putting the albums together and love the excellent quality of the finished product, the ease of placing the order and how quickly my lovely books arrive so I can enjoy our holidays over and over again. I miss the old fashioned printed photos but Bob Books has brought back the joy of seeing my pictures in an album again.”

“The last book I did was my best so far. The quality was fantastic and using all my own photographs made it extra special. My son loved it and it was a great way to keep memories of his time at the football club he played for. I have done books now for a couple of years and this is by far the best site I have used. They might not be the cheapest on the market, but wait until you see the quality.”

“There is better photobook creator software on the market (Bob Books software in quite resource hungry and doesn't have some peripheral design issues offered by others) but the live chat facility in great and the finished book quality are excellent.”

Dear Paul, We are very sorry that your package was lost in transit by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, this does happen occasionally and is beyond our control. When this happens, we offer a free reprint or a full refund. You requested a full refund, and we processed this when requested. Time it takes for the banks to complete the refund and credit your card once we have processed the refund, is unfortunately, also out of our control.
