“Really happy with the actual book just struggled a bit with Bob Books on the road to finally getting the book printed. I had thought a more bespoke service was offered.”

“I have now made several photo albums of our holidays with Bob Books and I find it really easy to use, I spend many happy hours putting the albums together and love the excellent quality of the finished product, the ease of placing the order and how quickly my lovely books arrive so I can enjoy our holidays over and over again. I miss the old fashioned printed photos but Bob Books has brought back the joy of seeing my pictures in an album again.”

“The last book I did was my best so far. The quality was fantastic and using all my own photographs made it extra special. My son loved it and it was a great way to keep memories of his time at the football club he played for. I have done books now for a couple of years and this is by far the best site I have used. They might not be the cheapest on the market, but wait until you see the quality.”

“There is better photobook creator software on the market (Bob Books software in quite resource hungry and doesn't have some peripheral design issues offered by others) but the live chat facility in great and the finished book quality are excellent.”

Dear Paul, We are very sorry that your package was lost in transit by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, this does happen occasionally and is beyond our control. When this happens, we offer a free reprint or a full refund. You requested a full refund, and we processed this when requested. Time it takes for the banks to complete the refund and credit your card once we have processed the refund, is unfortunately, also out of our control. It should be no more than 10 days, so you should have your credit very soon, if it hasn't arrived already. Kind regards, Bob Books

“Very impressed with the finished product and service. Left it a bit late ordering photobook as a birthday present and even though customer support weren't able to guarantee a delivery time it ended up arriving 6 days early!”
