“The colour and feel of the book is very good. It arrived nicely packed and reasonably quickly. Surprised their was no real multi-copy discount offered, and must read the instructions more clearly because I mistook the template which said "barcode here" for the position for putting a barcode rather than where they would put a barcode for their production-line needs. But a nice book..”

“I'm usually very happy with Bob Books but an error in printing made every page in my album have a white consistent border. Was made to feel it was due to my design but has never happened before in any of the albums I order neither did it happen in the other book I had in exactly the same order. Still waiting for my refund.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. I have looked into this order and can see that the images were not placed up to the bleed lines in your book, which means that when the book was trimmed white lines appeared around the edge of your book, the other book you ordered was designed correctly so did not have this issue. We have just received your book back at our lab and the refund has been initiated for you. It looks like you have placed another order of the damaged book, please can you confirm that you have made the necessary changes to your image placement, otherwise this issue will occur again? “I have used Bob Books over several years now for my clients and they have always been delighted with the quality. “Software was easy to download and learn to use, even for a beginner like me. The formatting kept images focused and on page. Ordering was quick and easy and the delivery came before I expected it. The book was beautifully made too. The presentation case set off my art portfolio incredivbly well and has caused much admiration from those who have seen it. The use of a book rather than a folder with prints gives a more professional feel to my work and shows it in its best light.”
