“Had a problem with my book regarding the reproduction of the colour. I would add that I have made lots of books before and been delighted with all of them, in fact one I made after my daughters wedding was of the same quality as that of the official photographer. However this book was just not right, everyone I spoke to was really helpful and immediately offered a reprint or a refund just as their 100% satisfied guarantee states. I decided to return the book and reorder in different paper and am now just as delighted with my book as all the others. My refund came through quickly and therefore have no hesitation in recommending Bob Books.”

“This was my second Bob Book. I had originally chosen Bob from reviews and decided to record a short holiday in Sweden entirely in a photobook, and I was very happy with the result. Our recent holiday resulted in over 300y photos but the plan was to choose the best, add some text and remove the unused imagess. These books have been so easy to do and the results (square format, hardback) so good that I shall keep doing that for holiday trips and I have started on the backlog.”

“I was very pleased the photo book which I prepared using the IOS app. The printout quality was good and the text printed clearly. The selection of photo layouts was good but I would have liked to have seen an even wider choice for incorporating text into the pages as I found the selection limiting. This may be because I like to include a holiday diary along with my photos. The turn round speed for printing and delivery was very quick. I found the online chat very helpful when the first version of my book had some text missing (disappeared into the ether!) and had to be returned and the 100% refund was activated so I could have a revised book printed at no extra cost to myself.”

“The book is beautifully presented and made. I chose matt surface and this gave a very professional finish. The service was speedy and I had to call the helpline after I had submitted my order and the advisor was very helpful and willing to make an amendment to the text. This was the first book I had done and would advise very careful editing for unintended errors .”
