“The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I had designed and ordered a photo journal for my daughter's 30th birthday. When it arrived I realised I had missed out an important page. They went above and beyond to get the replacement book to me in time for her birthday. The quality of the book was excellent and even my less than perfect photos looked brilliant. I would highly recommend.”

“Created couple of picture books recently, happy with the outcome. Bit expensive for matt finish compared to othe brand. Time taken to deliver after dispatch status is too long. Wish there was an option for faster delivery option. Matt finish is okay, was expecting better quality.”

“Having tried many other book makers I have settled on BB for the future. The software is first class and enables me to lay out a book faster than any other I have used. Support upto 10pm and really first class repro all add up to a product that my clients and myself really like.”

“Had a problem with my book regarding the reproduction of the colour. I would add that I have made lots of books before and been delighted with all of them, in fact one I made after my daughters wedding was of the same quality as that of the official photographer. However this book was just not right, everyone I spoke to was really helpful and immediately offered a reprint or a refund just as their 100% satisfied guarantee states. I decided to return the book and reorder in different paper and am now just as delighted with my book as all the others. My refund came through quickly and therefore have no hesitation in recommending Bob Books.”
