“Quality of reproduction of my photographs. This was my first time using Bob Books and the product was significantly better than the company I had been using in the past.”

“I'm really happy with the quality of lustre photographic lay-flat photobook. It's very easy to create with Bob Designer software. The software has some minor bugs, e.g. sometimes at some point it would display a different font name that it actually is in a text block. Or you cannot complete an order right after opening a photobook unless it is fully loaded. But you can easily overcome these issues but checking text font in full view or waiting for the book to fully load. I'm about to order my 4th photobook and will definitely be ordering more.”

Hello James, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. I am so sorry you were disappointed in your recent order. I have taken a look at your files and am wondering if this may have been caused by the use of photos taken on a mobile device? These would have been taken at a lower resolution and may account for the graininess of the image quality. Low resolution images are usually picked up by our software and a warning symbol should appear on images which may not be printed out sharp enough, I am so sorry you missed this. “The quality of the book and the printing of the photographs is excellent. The quality of the help desk is also excellent and delivery times are very quick. The software is first class once familiar it is easy to use and very versatile. The various effects and the different applications is endless. I thoroughly recommend Bob Books have produced almost 30 books and will continue to use them. They are very good value for money and I have never been disappointed with the completed result.”
