“1. The software is very flexible and gives me excellent control with colours, positioning and sizing of images, fonts. 2. The software is reliable. 3. The lay-out of the software and the way it operates is simple, logical and 'intuitive' 4. The staff at the end of the telephone are helpful. For example I needed to change the delivery address for an item and they did this efficiently. They even emailed me just before sending out the item in question to double-check that the new address was correct.”

“Again this year I am delighted with the products I have purchased from Bob's Books. The quality of the photos in the calendars and posters is head-and-shoulders above any other company I have used. The colours are vibrant and real; the clarity is exceptional. Thank you, Bob's books.”

“There is a problem with Bob book's printer. It has left what appear to be roller makes or consistent stain lines on the back side of the left page. These lines stand out on the pages that have a plain back ground. I contacted Bob Books about the problem and they sent me a reprint or though they corrected the colors the makes were still dominate. I can't recommend bob's books until they rectify this problem and reprint my book with top quality printing.”

“This is the third order that I have placed with Bob Books and is the only one that I have not been 100% happy with. The whole process seemed confused, I have not received an email telling me that the books have been despatched, that have not been received at the address in Spain that they were meant to be sent to. Far Far different for my previous experiences and this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and makes me wonder if I will use Bob Books again. You even got my name wrong in the email asking me to take part in this survey, you addressed it to the person the books have, hopefully, been despatched to! Michael Wassell”

Hello Michael, Thank you for your email I am so sorry you have not had a good experience on this order. I see you have already been in touch with our customer care team in regards to this order. It was sent out to the delivery address in Spain on the 25th of November within our turn around time. We have not had notification from you that it was not received. Please do let me know if the recipient has not received the order. A dispatch email was sent to you and a member of our customer care team emailed you confirming the order had gone out on the 30th of November after you got in touch. “Production of books quick and efficient and printing quality good BUT the snap chat help line when I had problems publishing books on line was USELESS, really slow and operator did not know the answers to any questions and said he would ask and get back to me but never did, a totally rubbish service.”

“I've been using Bob Books for about ten years, for family albums and as a professional photographer for wedding albums. The use of the flat spine books can give tremendous impact to the photographs of a bride in her long flowing wedding dress, group photos and many other possibilities. The selection of using different page templates is endless with also the ability to make ones own templates. The service is good and on the one time I had a slight problem they were quick to rectify without further cost.”

“We decided to use Bobs Books for our wedding album after reading a number of reviews, and we were not disappointed. The software was easy to download and fairly intuitive. I would recommend a couple of trial runs before you put your final version together as there is a good choice of page layouts and we found it useful to experiment with both the photographs and layouts before settling on a final overall approach. Once uploaded the physical book was with us within a week, and we are really pleased with the quality. One gripe is that we were unable to buy an album box to keep the photo album in.”

“Hardest book I have ever done. Some pages took me 2 hours because the online book froze time and time again. Called your help desk and they recommended starting again offline. Not an option when you are 79 pages in.”

Hi Jacquelyn, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you had a difficult time placing your order. The Online Book Creator does require consistent internet connection throughout the designing of your photobook, I am so sorry if you missed this. The Bob Designer software is a more reliable option as you design your book offline and only connect when you upload and place your order. There is no way to transfer books created from one design tool to another. I am sorry for any frustration caused, do feel free t get in touch if you wish to discuss this further.

“The service was very good & the app very easy to use. The only criticism is would have liked the text to have had more options. The finished product is excellent - the quality is great & i'm glad i went for the most expensive paper. It will be a Xmas Gift for a Grandfather of this summers family holiday & can't wait to see his reaction when he unwraps it. Know that he will love being able to show off his family to his pals in particular his grand kids who he is very proud of....”

“I created the book for a friend to record her wedding - it has been an utter hit, much admired by all. This is not the first time I've used your company I do like producing 'books' and vastly enjoy the challenge of assembling all the pictures (and even finding excellent use for the odd blurred image). Your software is okay for the purpose albeit I could find fault, but then it isn't a Microsoft Publisher product - that small (and it is a small) moan aside your product and service is superb!”

“I made a large square lustre photographic hardback book and purchased a black presentation box with it. I like the thick lay flat pages.The box sets it all of well. It uses photographic paper. Good service, received by courier well within the week. I would like even better better quality photograph reproduction hence not a ten.”
