“To begin with I found it tricky, but finally produced a successful book! My surprise was how much Bigger the photos were in the final book! If I had realised the final size I might have put more photos on each page! But I have now started on my next Bobbook! Thankyou”

“I prepared a book for a friend with several photos and some text. The production was good, but I would have liked more guidance on how many pages I had left or had to fill to make a full book. Other than that the presentation was nice, but a photo on the front would have also been nice. I didn't see how this could be done.”

“I heard of Bob Books when we were given a book produced by them as a memento of our wedding 5 years ago. When I had the task of producing a book for a bride to be I looked up Bob Books and the experience has been smooth and professional. I downloaded the Bob Designer app which was easy and intuitive to use. I made one enquiry about printing time which was responded to immediately and the book was delivered very quickly afterwards and produced to a high quality. If I wanted to produce another customised book I would certainly use Bob Books again.”

“The way the photo book came out was astounding. Thank you very much. There's just one little hitch: As I'm not living in the UK, I was not able to insert our correct Postal Code in order for the delivery to be flawless. This resulted in the parcel with my ordered books took longer than I thought it would. We live in the Republic of Ireland where we now have the so-called EirCode, which is equivalent to the British postal code and which helps find a delivery address accurately and fast.”

“I have made 2 orders recently and am very impressed indeed by the quality of the books. When I experienced some initial difficulties ordering online, I found it helpful to be in contact with the same person in Customer Care until the issues were resolved, rather than the inconsistency of a different person each time. “I needed to put a photo memory of a holiday for a friend together very quickly and chose Bob Books. How glad I was too. Although never having used them before I found the system easy and flexible to use. I was in such a rush I must admit I didn't read all the instructions before but just launched myself straight into it! However the book turned out brilliantly and my friend was highly delighted and I was thrilled. I will most certainly use them again.”

“Reasonably easy to navigate the process of creating the book. Decent quality book with good photo reproduction. Delivery and packaging spot on. Silly expensive though and there’s no way we would have bought one if it hadn’t been for a generous voucher we received as a wedding present - and even then it only covered a third of the cost!! I’d have loved to have ordered a copy for each of our parents but the cost is completely off the wall. If it’s for something special I’d recommend this company for a good quality of product and packaging. The delivery cost was additional to the book but was spot on.”
