“Our experience with Bob Books was great! We had books, of a few different sizes, made for our family from our photos. The software was easy to use, but provided lots of options, and the quality of the books was wonderful. We had a few post-production questions and the exchange was speedy, polite, and very helpful. We definitely recommend Bob Books and plan to use them again.”

“Good book but I wanted to change size and couldn’t work out how to do that once I’d prepared it! Otherwise quick delivery. Had problem trying to order one to be sent to USA.”

“Fantastic website and easy to use photo and page layout edit options. Miles better than any other competitor we have used. The book itself looks fantastic and is of high professional quality. Price is a little more than some but not extortionate and you get what you pay for! We won't be using anyone else from now.”

“Just a quick note to say we received the photography portfolio on Thursday last week - so quick given the time of year. The quality of the book was again exceptional, and we love the matte paper. It gave the black & white portraits a serious, professional appearance. Everything from the cover, the alignment of the text on the spine, to the matching of tone and brightness compared with our calibrated screen appears 100%. We'll use the InDesign to PDF process again. It's at times like these - when you're up against the clock, and you're 17 creating your A-Level portfolio, that you want things to come together. Coming back to Bob Books for this project was always our intention, and you have certainly delivered.”

“I had an old version of Bob Book on my pc and had made the book in the older version. With very good customer service from Bob Book - who responded very quickly to my pleas of 'have I lost my whole book' - I was able to download the new version and open my book file and send to print with no problem. I've been using Bob Books for all my photo books (and I probably have about 50 now) for well over a decade and the quality, promptness of customer service are second to none. I don't intend to use any other company, Bob Books are the Best and I recommend them to everyone whenever I can.”

“Had both hardback and paperback books produced, both are fantastic quality, personally I prefer the paperbacks. Very easy to design on-line with fast printing and delivery.”
