“The presentation of the book was generally good. However, an error had occured so that one (important) photo was misprinted. When I contacted you, you conceded the error and offered to re-print the book.”

“We found the software Bob Designer easy to use. We were delighted with the quality of the printing. However, the quality of the final product was let down by a fault in the inside cover in that the paper was not stuck down properly, leaving a large bubble in the centre.”

“First time user. A little more time with the software is needed. The printing service was quick and efficient, I was anticipating a bigger format for the money but that was my fault for not checking properly. As a calendar for notes there isn't much writing space.”

“I'm really happy with Bob Books service. Something went wrong with the printing this time; one of my pages was not printed and instead a page from someone else's book appeared. I contacted Bob Books and there was no hesitation - they arranged a replacement book and sent me a pre paid voucher to send back the faulty book. Bob Books has always given me a great service of high quality printing, but this error put their customer service to the test and they did really well. Thanks Bob Books! I have no hesitation in continuing to recommend you.”
