Hello Jordi, When you order a photobook from us, we keep the print files for around 6 weeks in case we need to re-print it for you. After this time we delete the print files, however if you choose to publish your photobook in our online bookshop either publicly or privately we save these files on our server and you can share the previews with friends or family an quickly re-order your book. We do not share, sell, or distribute your book without you permission. You can read more about our privacy policy here: https://www.bobbooks.co.uk/privacy-policy I hope this helps.

“Quick delivery and good call centre help. Excellent page layouts but would prefer the option to go to a keyline below the current minimum. Colour strength can sometimes vary a little. Would like to receive tracking details by email direct from Bob Books saying who the carrier is and a reference number. Delivery details did come from carrier to my mobile, which I do not look at that often so was unaware.”

“The system was very easy to use - I used the 'online' version. The preview facility is excellent as is the advice on the quality of the pictures you are hoping to use. The delivery time was great and the e-mail communication meant that I was fully informed about every stage in the production. The end product looked great and must have been impressive as at least one person I showed it to went home and made one for herself!”
