“The book was delivered on time and was excellent quality. Lay-flat works well, the finish was good and colour match spot on. It's beautiful. If only the book making part had been as good - the online software is missing some important features which made it very frustrating. I'll definitely use Bob Books again, but i'll use the downloadable software.”

“The software is the best I have used. Customer Service was first class when I had a couple of problems (of my creation), what liked is that you get to talk to a human and get an instant answer. The swatch pack of paper types is unique and allowed me to make to right choice. Prices for the quality are amazing value. Delivery time was very short indeed and the books came in perfect order and well protected/packed. In summarizing, BobBooks are truly the best out there and I will not go to anyone else in future. Thank you BobBooks.”

“I had reason to return a book recently due to quality issues,the customer services staff were really helpful in communicating with the lab staff.A re printed book was sent out with a vast improvement.Top notch service.”

“My fourth Bobs Book photo album from recent travels now just completed. Once again I am very, very happy with the results. I really like the feel and quality of the lustre paper, my preferred choice. The whole process of making the book to its speedy delivery is great so I will be using again.”

“My Bob Book is amazing quality, I was really happy with the lay flat page spreads and lustre finish. The software was simple to use and switch between layouts easily. Whilst more expensive than other photo books I do feel I have ended up with a superior quality product.”
