“The design process is simple and enjoyable. I was able to fully design my own book and spent a lot of time getting the layout right. I was happy with the speed with which Bob Books printed and delivered my book, it came well packaged and the final book is fantastic quality. I think the Bob Books software is on the whole easy to use and the final product is really high quality.”

“The printing quality, as always, was excellent, with a very prompt delivery. One criticism is an error one one double page in the book as it appears online - showing a large warning triangle and exclamation mark. Despite bringing this to Bob Books attention this error remains - and it put off someone to whom we had recommended Bob Books from using you for a book she was planning to prepare.”

“The finished books are great. I find looking at the photos to put in the book difficult. Maybe I haven’t got it right but only 2 photos come up in the box at a time so it’s difficult to find the photos you want to use. I’m not mad about the blue mountains on the blank pages. Also I. The 3 photos per page I wish there was a lay out of one at the top in the middle and two below and visa versa. But in the whole I’m very happy!!!! Hope I don’t sound too negative!”

“I initially struggled with the app, but on line "chat" support was excellent with minimal waiting for responses. My photo book is lovely, but I had a problem with the font size changing near the end of the book. This was not obvious until I received my printed book. I thought this was rectified before ordering a second copy, but unfortunately the fault was still present.”

“To be honest, I'd never heard of Bob Books until we went on a holiday to New Zealand and I wanted to put some of my photos on the wall. I did my research on all the options and they were the best. After our second holiday back to NZ, I again checked through the options available and for what I wanted, which included a 60×80 collage and a framed photo, they were still the best for me.”
