“The presentation of the book was generally good. However, an error had occured so that one (important) photo was misprinted. When I contacted you, you conceded the error and offered to re-print the book.”

“Bob books provide a great service of enabling us to print out our photos and have them in such a professional book. Too many photos were "stuck" on our pc and phones and we didn't get to enjoy them as easily as we do now!”

“We were so thrilled with the finished product of our Mother's album which was photographed and put together through Bob Books by a relative. It was of such a high quality, far more than we expected. When placing our order, our questions were answered promptly. Delivery from the UK to New Zealand was quick and the album arrived carefully packed and in excellent order. Many thanks Bob Books.”

“The quality of the printed book is superb and is so much better to show to family and friends than scrolling through images on tablets,phones or computers. For our adventures (in this case I made up a book of our three attempts at climbing Rysy in Poland) it means we have a lasting record to go back to with captions, dates....It really provides a physical link to the events. I have other adventures to get off my hard drive and into print, and will definitely be putting them into a Bob Book.”

“The software is easy to download and reasonably easy to use, when you get the hang of it. I haven't used any other equivalent software so I don't know how it compares. The quality of the books are excellent and a really lovely way to treasure family photos.”
