“Really like my photobook! I will surely order again at Bob Books. Quality print and very fast delivery. Everything great, only binding could be improved.”

“Created couple of picture books recently, happy with the outcome. Bit expensive for matt finish compared to othe brand. Time taken to deliver after dispatch status is too long. Wish there was an option for faster delivery option. Matt finish is okay, was expecting better quality.”

“Great quality product and once you get to know it, the software is good to use. However, if things go wrong with the third party delivery courier, which they did here in a big way, there frustratingly isn't much they can do, and that was incredibly frustrating.”

“The slim calendar was very easy to design, came on time and the pictures were of good quality. They forgot to send the hanging attachment with it, but sent it out to me immediately after I requested it.”

“The presentation of the book is good and the arrangement looks great. Quality is good. Sometimes its difficult to see if a picture is slightly blurred or out of focus when placed in the book. It would be very helpful if Bob books could contact us before printing to let us know so we can send an alternative. thanks Philip Watts”

“The production was good, as always, but I have still not received the 25% discount promised. I entered the code for the last offer, it was not given at check out. When I brought this to your attention you said that I would get it when you charged my account but this has not happened. You would have got 5 stars otherwise. David Cartwright”
