“Fantastic software functionality, excellent support - mainly using webchat but also phone assistance. Quality of finished product is premium class. Delighted with the whole experience. Would benefit from a reduction for a re-print/duplicate copy though.”

“I have used Bob Books for a number of years and have built up quite a collection of photo books. I usually choose large square format with hard cover and std semi gloss paper. I have never been disappointed with the product, which is easy to assemble using the downloadable software and the books always receive favourable comments from all who look through them. Service is excellent with books received about 1 week after ordering. I can highly recommend Bob Books to anyone considering making a book of their images.”

“The software makes designing your own book very easy. Warning given if pictures are incorrectly sized, so you always get the best resolution. Adding text is easy, my latest book had more words than pictures. Easy to submit, and book recieved a few days later. Excellent product”

“Can’t recommend Bob’s Books enough. Easy to use with simple software. Final product is very professional, great quality pictures & prints. It’s great fun designing your own album but if you don’t feel confident to do that then there is an “auto” option. One tip: select all your photos into one folder before you start. So much easier. Great prices for such quality product. Long live Bob!”

“Enjoyed using the software which I found very helpful. One or two oddities which seem to correct themselves so not sure if that was me or the software. Anyway produced a realy nice photobook as a memory of holidays and days gone by - can recommend”

“The quality of reproduction, colour saturation and adherence to the format/design submitted has been outstanding in the 3 formats and 9 albums ordered. Delivery tracking proved challenging with the first order - UK customer service personnel had different access to information required - improvement would really help customers. My problem was ultimately handled in a very courteous and professional manner. I have had no hesitation in recommending Bobbooks to friends and colleagues.”

“This was my first experience making a photo book through an on-line service. Overall I was pleased to see my photos displayed exactly as I intended them to be. But my impression was that the photos were a little darker than expected. Because of lock-down I was unable to show the book to my family, but the few that have seen it agreed with me that the prints could have been a little brighter. Otherwise, as I said, the quality of the book was very good.”
