“We really enjoyed the Go Team Activity. We loved the general knowledge questions. Bluehat were friendly, welcoming and explained the task well.”

“The activity itself was lots of fun and enjoyed by most people. You may wish to consider the structure of the questions as some of them were a little difficult to match and answers could have been more generic to enable more matches.”

“Mark did a great job at selling the concept and answer all of questions. Once it got into operations, we found out last minute that we had to provide the guests' DVLA check records which was a bit of a stretch for our client to obtain on time at the last minute. So if it could have been anticipated that would have been great. On the accounting side, Bluehat forgot to invoice us as per the contract so we had to rush the payment. On the guests' point of view, everyone had a great time, the team onsite was just great and Ami was just perfect at managing everything. The only that we would consider if we were to do an Italian Job again, would be to make the afternoon activities a little easier to complete than the morning ones. Adding the minis as a gift for the winning team was also really nice. The photographer did not seem that well prepared for such an event and the pictures are average (see the group picture attached. A bit disappointing on the photographer, but would definitely consider Bluehat again for a team activity in the UK. Thank you for the good job! “The team were fantastic and have asked me to do a video review but I am afraid time has run out on me. The whole event was managed very well and direction and support at all times. “The event was really well organised with challenges for everybody. We had a really good feedback from the employees. I am really happy with the way it turned out. A lot of the employees were staring at each other at the start and I noticed it immediately when came to see how it was going. At that moment I was a little bit worried. When I came back again 20-30 minutes later, it was completely different. The place was buzzing from everywhere. Everyone was active, taking part in challenges and laughing. Even employees who are not demonstrative or like to be involved were playing the game. A real success!”

The challenges came from the venue space(s) being somewhat limited, the time allocated for the event being cut and also the amount of delegates vs the number of Bluehat administrators (there were I feel too few administrators to assist and co-ordinate the delegates). Overall however, the Torn Identity event was very positively received, with Bluehat providing a professional, entertaining and enjoyable service that I would not hesitate to use again.”
