These delays are usually highlighted on our website to give our customers as much information as possible. I have checked your order details and can see that you have ordered a refurbished model which is why there may have been some marks on your workout poster. Nie mehr wieder. Das Teil kam gebrochen bei mir an. Das hat nichts mit "Refurbished" zu tun. Trotz Reklamation, keine Rücknahme oder Ermäßigung, sollten das Gerät auf unsere Kosten zurück schicken. Schade, Bluefin Fitness werde ich auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen. Never again. The part arrived broken with me. This has nothing to do with Refurbished. Despite a complaint, no return or discount, should return the unit at our expense. Too bad, Bluefin Fitness I will not recommend in any case.

I can not review the product as I have not received. No shipping notice, no updates, beginning to question if I am going to receive product at all.

Bestellnummer #25585) (Oktober 9, 2019 Das Fitness Gerät wurde gestern von uns aufgebaut da es ein Geschenk für unsere Mutter sein sollte. Leider musste ich feststellen das sich das Gerät nicht im neu Zustand befindet und die Lautsprecher defekt sind. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht so ein Produkt für diesen Preis erhalten zu haben. I brought a vibroplate, and wanted to return it. Annoyingly you can’t talk to a member of staff unless you are enquiring about purchasing something. You will not get a reply to any email for minimum of 24 hours!! What should of taken 10mins on the phone, a simple return number, and return address is all I needed! Took me 4 days of emails, the first one back was just confirming my first message had be received! (Delay tactic for further 24hours of no communication) I was advised to post back a £240 vibroplate via parcel2u, which although cheap (£8) would only insure for £20!! Couldn’t risk it getting damaged or going missing, so had to pay £30 to send parcelforce will £200 insurance! Not good customer service at all!

Hallo bluefin, At September 29 i buy a Bord. It will taken 3-5 day to arrive my adress but it is Not arrived . Is their a Problem or Must i wait one day more to get it. Thank you for help. Took ages to put together, nothing on this machine matched up all the screws didn’t match up with the holes they were meant to screw into. Paint work crumbled off. An absolute joke. Had to get someone to come in & put it together. Will never buy from this company again. This is the second one I’ve had. First one from amazon had to go back as it was faulty

I didn’t accept the product. I felt cheated before it got here. I was promised $100.00 off but was charged the full amount. And no one would respond. So, if that’s how they are before I got the product, I didn’t want to take a chance.

Very bad customer service I order on July 17 th and still not receive my order, when contact costumer service the ask me to send order etc they did not had my order is August the 2 nd and still waiting to see what happened to my order!

poor build quality i asked for a refund asap, a piece of particle board that the handles attach to on the base. Nothing fits together either. Many scratches on the plastic covers as well

Currently, 10 days post order and 5 days post “your order is complete” email I still don’t have my piece of kit. Apparently “your order is complete” means that the paperwork is done not that it has been sent out or even that I have it so a pointless email. Sadly BlueFin use parcel force - read their reviews on Facebook - it should have arrived yesterday, it may arrive today. Goodness knows what Tate it will be in. In this day and age, so far the whole process has been sloppy and as far as Parcelforce go, shoddy. I will shop elsewhere in future but as far as my bit of kit goes, I live with dwindling hope.
