Absolutely awful company please please avoid, they have out me thru so much stress and upset. PLEASE READ REVIEWS because I wish I did. I wanted to treat my partner to the cross trainer curve 2.0 for Christmas. Bluefin took 600 pounds of me like that then I never heard a thing. Took 6 weeks to arrive. I was lied to 3 times, saying it had been dispatched, with me by the end of the week etc etc. Lie after lie. Fortunately I found a phone number for them, their customer service is non existent and they fob you off with excuses. I had to routinely pester them to chase up the status of my product, I truly felt like I had been scammed. It arrived Christmas eve. The box was completely battered and I assembled it today. Scratches all on the base, screws missing and very poor welds on the frames. The whole experience has gone from bad to worse. From what I understand they are a family run business in Yorkshire. A family driven by greed and scams profiting on cheap equipment then selling it on to mugs like me. Do yourselves a favour, PLEASE AVOID this company and shop around and get a better product. I just want to prevent someone going thru the same pain that they caused me

Les délais ne sont pas respectés...ma commande passée le 9 décembre qui devait arriver avant Noël....n'a toujours pas été livrée ! aucun mail pour suivre la commande !

The return policy sucks and would return if I could without penalty. It is misleading on it capabilities. The incline is fixed not adjustable. No instructions on using the built in Bluetooth speakers. Maybe there not even Bluetooth. That might be why no instructions. Oh the way it folds, you need a wrench, very user unfriendly. Fairly sturdy.

You have taken my order and my money.....when are you going to ship? You ask for a review and you haven't even shipped. I ordered on Dec 8. I would think you would at least update me on when you are going to ship. What's up?

A very unhappy customer..Damaged spin bike trying to return and get a new one but impossible as there’s no telephone number and when you email them you don’t get the problem sorted.

Absolutely shocking service took my money then told me after my order had been dispatched that they don’t send to my postcode and it would take a week for a refund

Shocking after sales service. The purchase and delivery of my order was great. The item was damaged on arrival and that’s when the poor service started. Nearly two weeks gone by and still no replacement and no reply to inform me when the replacement will be sent, despite me asking twice via their Portal. Not the level of service that I expected.

Hi Phil, so sorry to read about your experience here. I am so sorry there was a mix up on your return - this is down purely to human error but we will work to put provisions in place to reduce the risk of this affecting anything for customers going forward. The return was accidentally put down as a return for refund, rather than replacement so the refund was actioned by our accounts team. I apologise for the confusion later down the line regarding what had happened - I will bring this up with the Customer Service Manager who will speak with their team and ensure better communication is given should there be another case like this in future (but hopefully not). Bike turned up and ti box was in terrible condition and the bike was badly dinted. The customer services are slow and frustrating to deal with. I am sending the bike back and purchasing an alternative brand from an alternative company.

J’ai reçu le tapis cassé dans un colis cabossé et le sav injoignable pour avoir remboursement ou recevoir rapidement un tapis en état de marche ! Inadmissible vu le prix du tapis de course !

I bought a platform at the price of € 199.00 very quickly because it was written that the offer expired after a few minutes, instead this FALSE notice was renewed every day. I immediately wrote to the assistance to inform that I had not received the email with the welcome discount to use on the first purchase, but I could not wait for their response because the FALSE announcement said that the price at € 199.00 would expire after a while. So I bought without the welcome discount and the assistance didn't want to do it the next day. I find this company not very honest, because it is FALSE that the price at € 199.00 ended shortly after: at every midnight it was renewed for several days. For me this company is not serious. I did not return the platform so as not to lose the shipping money and because I no longer trust these people and they could with some excuse not give me back the money. I will never buy anything from them again. They are not honest.

Awful customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could. The products are great but if you have a faulty item which we have had twice, then the customer service is awful! It takes them ages to reply and then when you reply the process starts again! So far I'm at two weeks and still have a faulty item sat in my lounge awaiting a return!! This isn't just because of COVID as we bought a product from them a year ago and had the same issue! I will not be buying anymore bluefin products because of this, its not worth the hassle when something turns up faulty or you want to return an item!
