Very bad experience, I ordered the mini curv, I received it quickly but the two pedals to be fixed as well as the screws are missing, moreover it looks like a used product because damaged, I am very disappointed and the customer service is non-existent, no phone number. how will my problem be solved?

The order and delivery was good. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth does not work and the band is missing from heart monitoring. An invoice is not available. I have sent some mails and tried it over the chat function. It's all unsuccessful. Therefore only 1 star and hoping I will finally get an answer. Then I like to correct the rating again.

Bonjour. J'ai bien reçu ma bluefin fitness 4d. Je l'ai utilisé 5fois depuis la réception, je suis septique quant à sa supposée efficacitée. Il me faudra du temps pour m'en rendre compte. Mais j'ai déjà un soucis avec! Dès la 4ème utilisation un bruit de claquements comme un fils qui battrait la paroie ce fait entendre depuis l'intérieur de la machine. Et c'est vraiment très très désagréable!! Où puis-je aller pour un contrôle, ou un échange ??? J'espère que votre service après vente va être à la hauteur du prix que j'ai investi pour cette appareil! J'attends de vos nouvelles très rapidement. Cordialement Mme SERRÉ Christine

Expédition toujours pas faite au bout de 10jours après avoir commandé sur le site Bluefin alors que soit disant les commandes sont reçues sous 14 jours grand Maximum. Delai de réponse extrêmement long à mes mails au support client (5 jours au lieu de 48h comme indiqué sur le site). Aucun moyen de les joindre par téléphone. Pour l'instant l'expérience bluefin n'est pas bonne, espérons que ma commande arrive vite désormaiset que le matériel fonctionne convenablement !

Bonjour Melissa, je suis vraiment désolé pour le retard de livraison de vos marchandises. Il y a des retards sans précédent dans les réseaux de messagerie pour les envois transfrontaliers, nous introduisons donc de nouveaux processus dans notre entreprise pour garantir que cela ne se reproduise pas à l'avenir. Je peux voir que votre commande a été livrée juste en dehors de notre fenêtre de livraison de 3 jours ouvrables + 2 semaines et je suis profondément désolé pour cela. Ich habe schon 3 mal eine anfrage gemacht, wie kann ich das gelieferte Gerät, Retour schicken. , , Bestellnummer #606165) (April 6, 2021) - Ultra Powerful Professional Vibration Massage Trainer 249,00 € . Habe aber bis heute keine zufriedenstellende Antwort bekommen. Für meiner Frau ist dieses Gerät nicht geeignet.Ich hoffe das ich heute eine zufriedenstellende Antwort bekommen. Bitte schicken sie mir einen Retourschein.

Ordered a treadmill which was on back order, when it arrived it was damaged, dealing with customer service was horrendous, they refuse to answer simple questions & treat customers poorly, never again will I buy anything from them, avoid this company like the plague.

My treadmill broke one step one of assembly instructions, a bolt fitting has twisted and out of alignment leaving ne unable to insert the knob for step 2. Unable to speak to anyone I had to email and was sent a link to open a case to return the treadmill, no option for a replacement. I have had it sitting here for a week with no further contact. The treadmill 'looks' good and I would like a replacement to try, I will then update my review. Very disappointed at the moment, after spending over £400. Still waiting a response.

Nous avons déjà renvoyé une première défectueuse à AMAZON, et cette fois nous avons préféré acheter directement chez vous et on a un problème. Que Faire ? Merci de revenir vers nous. Hallo zusammen, ich habe das Pad am 23.03. 2021 bestellt und hatte während dem Bestellen über den Online-Chat angefragt, ob und wie lange es mit der Lieferung dauern wird. Sie antworteten, dass durch den Brexit keine genaue Lieferzeit anzugeben ist, aber dass ich nach 2-3 Tagen eine Tracking Number erhalte um die Sendung nachverfolgen zu können. Dies ist nicht passiert! aber das Geld ist schon abgebucht. von einer Lieferung habe ich bis heute nichts gehört.

Very poor communication ie. 3 days to respond with a bog standard generic email. Selling items not in stock with unrealistic delivery dates. Delivery turned up 10 days late with inadequate damaged packaging. Item does not have comprehensive user instructions. Apparently all these issues are due to the pandemic!!! 😂 😂 😂

Rudergerät am 5.3. bestellt, Lieferung sollte nach Eingang am 16.3 erfolgen. Bisher keine Nachricht, aktuell steht für „Neubesteller“ nun der 29.3. auf der Seite! Geld wurde jedoch schon sehr gerne eingezogen. Reaktion auf Mail bisher noch nicht. Interessant, dass man aber schon zu einer Bewertung aufgefordert wird, die muss nun leider negativ gegeben werden, da klare Kommunikation anders ist. Aktuell frage ich mich, ob es die Geräte überhaupt gibt?

Ich habe ein Rudergerät gekauft, dass am 10 März bei Bluefin eintreffen und dann umgehend ausgeliefert werden sollte. Ich habe bis heute noch keine Information und kein Gerät, daher bin ich mit der Kommunikation sehr unzufrieden. Das Gerät kann ich noch nicht einschätzen.
