Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell. Der Grund für die schlechte Bewertung ist, dass man eigentlich gar nicht prüfen kann, ob einem das Gerät zusagt oder überhaupt funktioniert. Zitat :"... akzeptieren wir alle nicht verwendeten Artikel nur für eine vollständige Rückerstattung innerhalb von 30 Tagen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Artikel unbenutzt, versiegelt und in der Originalverpackung sein muss, alle Artikel werden bei der Ankunft überprüft". Sehr schade Daher bestelle ich das Teil woanders, um es überhaupt testen zu können.

In the event of having to return product, contact is only through emails. Very frustrating. Bad customer service. Same questions are asked multiple times, and still nothing sorted. Product was faulty and unsuitable. Getting nowhere with having it taken back. Wasted my time and caused so much stress. Wouldn't buy from this company ever again.

Hi there, sorry to read about your experience with us. I can see we requested to know if the item was in its original packaging twice as the first response from you didn't state this - it's crucial we know this for the collections so they're not refused by the courier for incorrect dimensions that's all :) From the system, it shows your item was successfully returned to us and the refund has been issued. If we can, in any way, change your view of Bluefin, please reach out via email and title it FAO Manager so this can be picked up promptly. Regards Ella

We ordered a Kick 2.5 treadmill on 24/7/20 and it arrived 27/7/20 we were pleased with the spec and price and looked forward to running our little legs off! - Didn't happen. 17/08/20 after some email complaints (I'll always be wary of a company with no phone contact now) it was deemed the main PCB was faulty and I was sent a replacement for me to change. This rectified the issues we had although it was still displaying a fault code. Less than 100K in the base board broke! Bluefin were quick to agree to a return and a refund but that is where I came up against poor customer service. 29 entries on the support page, 31 emails, 10 messages on the Facebook messenger, 1 comment the Facebook page and 3 failed collection dates later the treadmill was collected from me. The refund though was put through on the day of collection. I'll leave you to judge my satisfaction. We paid £200 more and have a treadmill with 15"TFT screen and wireless enabled so we can watch Netflix etc while we run. Really happy now!

Hi Martin, I'm so sorry for the issues with your item. Just to note, our phone lines are back on now, it's just that at the time we were coming off the back of a very long period of increased email queries and had turned off the phones to keep up with email demand. We take each point you have made on board, and will utilise this to improve our product and service going forward. We are so very sorry for the QC issues and the failed collections when trying to get this back for you. I am pleased to see the refund was actioned quickly, but I am sad to see it had to get to this stage. We will continue to learn from our mistakes and work on improvements for our customers. Da mein Gerät defekt war/ist und ich noch immer auf Ersatz warte muss ich leider sagen das ich sehr unzufrieden mit Bluefin bin. Habe das Gerät umgehend zurück geschickt, ist inzwischen 8 Tage bei Bluefin, leider noch nicht einmal eine E-Mail die den Eingang bestätigt und keine Mitteilung bis wann ich mein neues Gerät bekomme. Die Service Abwicklung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nochmal würde ich nicht bei Bluefin direkt bestellen. Stehe für Rückfragen gerne zur Verfügung

In Bezug auf Rücksendungen, wie in unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen angegeben, kann die vollständige Bearbeitung bis zu 28 Tage dauern. Wir sind jedoch stets bemüht, diese Lösung viel früher zu erreichen. Wir haben E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen auf unserem Retourenportal eingerichtet. I tried to cancel my order as found a better product, order was still attempted to be delivered. Declined the delivery and order returned. Now 4 weeks later I still do not have a refund!!

Hi Paul, so sorry for the delay in sorting this for you. Although you declined the delivery the status of the parcel on the tracer system we have, didn't reflect this. The support team have to go off the official courier information which is why it took so long to action the refund for you. We are working on better ways to improve the communication of information with our couriers so we can ensure lengthy delays such as yours do not happen in future. Regards Ella

Not happy with the service. You can’t speak to a customer service. The vibrating plate makes a loud noise on higher settings, we recorded a video and asked to confirm if this is to be expected. After multiple e-mails and waiting for about 72 hours for each reply we still don’t have the answer. The company suggested to return the item and if I the machine is faulty and providing the item is in stock it will be replaced. Question 1: why can’t you confirm by looking at the video if indeed it is not functioning properly? Question 2: Why a replacement can’t be send anyway so that we continue using the plate which we paid for, rather than wait for the replacement? Question 3: why can’t you confirm if the item is in stock and reserve it before receiving our plate back?

Hi Alexander, sorry about the issue with your item - this isn't what we ever want for our customers! Our support team are always available via email and on hand to help - we don't currently have capacity to offer phone support but it's something we are looking into. Although our support team know our products very well, the technicians have the very best knowledge and need to see the item to ascertain exactly what the potential fault may be. It's Bluefin policy that we must be in possession of the original goods sent in order to send a replacement, apologies for any inconvenience caused over this. Regarding your third point, we now have a new system in place where we have separate stock for replacements on a number of models so this doesn't happen again. The website added the wrong thing to my cart, I contacted your company immediately, no response. I contacted paypal they too contacted you and waited to hear from you, when they didn't hear anything either they refunded my money. I bought a plate from a different company and I am thrilled.

Hi Carol, so sorry about this - looking on our system I can see that the item had already shipped out when you requested to cancel it. We sent a request to our delivery partners to request the return of the delivery but asked that you refuse the shipment should the request not be possible. We didn't hear anything from you in response to this email so assumed everything had been sorted but I deeply apologise for the error here. Regards Ella

Shocking. I was delivered a returned treadmill which was damaged. The box was ripped apart and the polystyrene was crushed inside. Someone had clearly tried to put it together and broken it so returned it. It hadn't been checked. The customer service is shocking with no phone calls available. Had to wait three days each time for an email reply. Took 12 emails in total with three days wait each time to get it collected. Would not replace same day. Had to wait for it to be returned before I was allowed to get a replacement. I binned it off. A friend had exactly the same issue with receiving a damaged treadmill in shocking packaging... Also a return. Interesting that I can't add photos to the review and that my comments were deleted on their Facebook page... Notice they have very little comments .. Because they are awful.

Hi there, so sorry about the damage to your item. I can assure you we send all items out as brand new units, and returns are in a separate warehouse location to ensure they can't be sent out again. This must have been damaged in transit, for which we are so very sorry. Bluefin decided to turn off the phones due to a 10-15x increase in enquiries so that we could focus on getting email responses back to customers. I can see that the Customer Service manager arranged for a refund for you for this so I trust the issue has been resolved. Regards Ella

Da Sie einen PayPal-Anspruch geltend gemacht haben, anstatt unser Standard-Rücksendeverfahren zu befolgen, hat PayPal den erstattungsfähigen Betrag ermittelt, der außerhalb unserer Kontrolle liegt. Es tut uns so leid, dass Sie keine großartige Erfahrung mit uns gemacht haben, aber wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie Ihre Meinung ändern könnten, wenn Sie jemals wieder bei uns bestellen würden. I would love to be able to write a review but I have still not received my folding treadmill which was ordered on the 26th June. I have emailed a number of times and it was apparently dispatched 2 weeks ago but still no sign and tracking number does not work. Very disappointed with this company.

Très déçue Le manuel d'utilisation n'est qu'une traduction littérale: explications on ne peut plus évasives des différents programmes, exercices très mal expliqués, on doit compter dans sa tête le temps travail/temps de repos , des chiffres illisibles défilent rapidement sur l’écran ???? Un DVD explicatif pourrait être joint à la livraison , si le prix de cet appareil n’est pas une entrée de gamme, le service l'est Aucune vidéo de routine d'entrainement de cet appareil sur you tube , alors qu'il y en a pour d'autres marques !!!! Comment les adapter aux différents programmes proposés ( vitesses ? durée ? vibrant ? oscillant ? 3D ? ) L'appareil a pourtant l'air d’être de bonne qualité , mais je ne le recommande absolument pas

I preordered one of the treadmills from Bluefin and was supposed to arrived 3 weeks later. I was notified of the delivery at 7am On the day of delivery and by 11am I got a notification that I missed the delivery despite me being home. After contacting the delivering company they said the box has been heavily damaged and it will be up to me as to what I want, to reject it or accept it as it is. Not wanting to take the risk I rejected it and Bluefin Fitness has confirmed that they will send me another one as soon as possible. Two weeks later Bluefin said that the item was now out of stock and has refunded the money. I can say that my experience with this company has been terrible. They claim that the delivery company they use are DPD and UPS. The company I had my product delivered with was Tuffnells that has no helpline and never heard of them. Also another claims they make is that they will not take any money until the item is dispatched, they took the money as soon as I placed the order. Even with my item being dispatched almost 3 weeks later. The only positive is that they refunded the money the next day after they told me they would.

We have had some stocking issues this year, we hold our hands up to this, but we're in a much better position now with new processes in place. I apologise for the lack of clarity over the couriers, we have reviewed this information and amended accordingly. As far as I am aware we do not state that money will be taken on dispatch, it is always at the time of order even if the item is on pre-order. I cannot recommend Bluefin based on the extremely poor customer support when things go wrong. When poor quality and heavily damaged items are delivered the returns and refunds are extremely long processes. This is easily rectified. However, In my experience there is no regard for customer satisfaction once money has been exchanged.

Hi Dawn, sorry to see you do not recommend us, this is super sad to see. We pride ourselves on providing good customer support so I'm sorry we didn't hit the mark on this occasion. Our team have been facing a huge increase in enquiries this year so we have had longer response times in place to account for this. I can see from the correspondence that the team were following the terms and conditions set out on our site but we are more than willing to take your feedback on board so we can better display this information. Dependiendo de la etapa de la garantía, es posible que los clientes deban pagar por su propia devolución de los productos según los términos y condiciones de venta de Bluefin. Sin embargo, puedo ver que se organizó una recogida con UPS para usted, por lo que no debería tener que pagar la devolución usted mismo. Lamento que haya confusión al respecto. Saludos Ella

Der Service ist einfach nur schlecht. Ware wurde mit Mängeln geliefert. Auf Mails wird nicht reagiert. Ich hätte mich doch für einen anderen Anbieter entscheiden sollen. Bluefin kann ich deswegen niemanden empfehlen. Meine Kollegin wollte sich auch eine Vibrationsplatte kaufen, wird sich aber jetzt eine andere Vibrationsplatte kaufen.
