Ordered this item and it’s now over a week late. Can’t believe they use such an incompetent delivery service. Basically, my item has been in a depot/on a van for over a week and nobody can give me any answers?!!

Hi Ruth, thanks for the feedback and apologies for the issue with your item. Due to the numerous issues we experience with this courier, we have since changed to a better courier, who provide a quicker and much more reliable service. At the time of your order, the courier networks in general were heavily overloaded due to the global pandemic, so I am so sorry this affected you. Sadly, I can see that the delivery partners were not able to locate the parcel but we offered you a replacement or refund and could not see a response from you - does this still need to be resolved? Achat effectué le 22.05.2020.... tjs pas livré à la date du 04.06.2020 Aucune information m'indiquant si le produit a été expédié, aucune possibilité de contact. Le live chat est indisponible. Le site annonce une pourtant une expédition sous 2 jours ouvrés après la commande.... j'en suis à plus 10 jours et aucune information pour me dire quand je recevrais mon produit !!!

I ordered and received a vibrating exercise machine and assembled it according to the instructions. It did not work and the pilot power light was on. however, the control panel did not light up. After contacting your company, I was informed I would hear back within 24 hours. Didn't happen, then the weekend delayed getting unit repaired. Next I was given a request for information I already gave on the last contact. Again another 24 hours was requested. I troubleshot the machine and found the crimp connectors were not crimped. That meant to me the unit was never tested and was sent out defected causing me much grief. The unit needs a new wiring harness and not the extra work of me disassembling and repackaging the unit to get it back to you. Very aggravated with my purchase.

Hey Raymond, so sorry to see you've had issues with your item. Sadly electrical items can develop faults from time to time, but this is why we provide the warranty to our customers. I can see we offered a prepaid returns label to you for the return and repair/replacement of the item but this was not acceptable for you. Sadly we cannot allow customers to carry out their own repairs as this voids the warranty. We placed an order on the 24 May, the money was taken from our account and despite sending repeated emails we have still not received our goods or an answer as what is happening, would not recommend to anyone

Bought bluefin as product has good reviews and delivery in supposedly 2 working days. I understand the situation at the moment and expected a possible short delay but no one seems to know where the item actually is and it's not with myself!! It's now over 7 days after delivery should have happened. Would love to review product but it is lost and after 3 e mails to customer service who don't respond for 2/3 days and don't fully read what the issue so keep replying with same response I'm no nearer to resolving the issue. When you call the customer service number during office hours it advises..... only available during office hours?? Why have a good product with a bad customer service? Please feel free bluefin to find my plate...... but sorry I don't feel over confident and wish now I had shopped elsewhere.

Hi Becky, so sorry to read this review. We are so deeply sorry for letting you down - this year has been a big learning curve for us. The demand on our customer service department increase 10-15x on weekly enquiries due to the pandemic, which was something we could never have predicted. To ensure we could respond to all emails, Bluefin made the decision the turn off the phone and focus on emails only. Admittedly, we could have put out a clearer message for this. Very sad. I really wanted the item. But having ordered and paid for on 22nd May 2020 with 1-2 working days delivery, I still haven’t received (3rd June)the item costing £329. Very poor communication from the company.

Hi Sharon - so sorry about this. We were experiencing higher demand on both our dispatch, and customer service at this time - we know we could have done better. With the circumstances at the time, the couriers were overloaded in their networks meaning delays for our customers - for which we are deeply sorry about. I ordered an exercise bike on May 11th, it was due to arrive on the 14-15 May, it didn't, I chased the order up, after a week I had a reply "due to Covid 19 the order had been delayed until May 22-25th". That date has passed with no contact from bluefin. I need an update. Customer service seems to be falling a bit short hence the one star review.

NOT impressed. First one I received did not perform as expected: used it less than a dozen times and eventually it quit. I was told it was the plug connection on the machine - a new cord was sent. No change. Was unable to get use out of it for 2 months after purchase. I had to package it myself to return/exchange because I had trashed the original packaging. Replacement arrived and does NOT adjust speeds as expected. Stays at level 1 speed with random intermittent increases in speed that only last a few seconds - regardless of the settings I choose - 20, 5, 43... always at level 1. VERY DISAPPOINTED.... AGAIN. Lesson learned: I still have the shipper's packaging for ANOTHER return.

I was not satisfied with the vibrating board that was delivered and, after consulting with Bluefin, returned it at my own expense. Although the package was accepted according to the parcel service and there is also a shipment confirmation and a confirmation of acceptance, Bluefin refuses to transfer the purchase amount back. Caution, there are apparently fraudsters at work here.

Well when i watched the advertisement it mentioned that I would be buying a product at a special black friday price, but failed to mention it was refurbished product, and the item the girl was using was slim and light weight and could be carried easily which my one was not slim and to be fair it weighs a bit. when I received my product the box was in bits after transportation and it looked like it was old. It had old wear marks on it and paint on the plug so not happy at all because i thought I was buying a new product not refurbished. Pictures show scratch marks and paint not happy as I said.😤😤😤
