“Good quick service. The blinds fitted well. Look lovely up. Some of the tilting mechanisms weren’t working and had to be fixed but was easy enough. Really happy with the product.”

“Good service and product but let down by delivery company and no update on order tracking as to delivery details. Two roller blinds ordered one delivered on the Thursday - delivery driver rang depot to find out where the other one was only to find that they had not put it on the vehicle. When it arrived the packaging had been damaged and taped up.”

“Very efficient service & blinds are excellent quality, only down side is that the blind I ordered is a Roman blind & when it is fully up it isn’t stepped like others I have bought in the past”

“Good times on delivery, arrived as predicted & was kept up to date via email on how my order was doing. Products are good quality & all instructions included. Only 1 problem that one front panel on a venitian blind was too long so we had to trim down, the panel splintered but touched up with paint, looks ok but a shame it wasn’t the size requested & too big even though the order was for a recess not exact.”

“Love these blinds, which we had made for the bathroom. I’m sure when i placing the order it said between 5-7 days but it was over 2 weeks from order, saying that I have ordered more as they were lovely made .”

“Excellent site, good choice of designs, clear instructions to measure and order, quality product with sturdy controls. Great value for money. Only request, option to have the roller blinds either fabric rolling over or under the central pole. When fabric is one sided, fabric needs to roll over the top - otherwise the reverse design is shown on the top of the pole.”

“Vinyl Roller Blind ordered for bathroom adjacent to shower, delivery was good, quality is good, fitting was easy. Just one comment that the operation chain is nickel plated which is rusting and will require changing.”

“Good service and helpful measuring guides. We chose a patterned blind and it would have been slightly better if the pattern had been centred but it was only for a toilet so not a major issue. Quite a long delivery time but no more than other companies and we weren’t in a rush. Would probably use again.”

“Very pleased with our blinds came when expected with emails informing us days and time straight forward instructions. Great quality. Only downside and a small one is after I bought my blinds they started sending me discount emails which if they had refunded me the difference would have been top notch and 5*!”

“Blinds arrived on time and were easy to fit. Check them soon as you receive them as I discovered one of mine was slightly damaged but because it was a few week after I had received them I left it. They look great and fit perfectly and better still the mark is not obvious.”
