“For the amount I paid was disappointed with the colours, I'm sure the ho does had been washed and colour was faded..leggings were more dusky pink than light plum. The joggers were the only item that looked true to photos.”

“I’m disappointed in the overall experience I have to say. Sizing info provided is fairly terrible and then charge you to return, an exchange is taking an age, they don’t reply to emails. Not impressed.”

“Delivery was a night don’t turn up when it should of then went to the incorrect address… felt like I had been scammed when I was transferred to the shop website to pay plus this meant I didn’t get my first time buy discount”

“Customer care is very poor. If you buy something from this site, returning it is very difficult. Even after the return, you have to wait 10 working days just to receive a confirmation. Charges apply . be careful care guys before online purchase”

“Ordered a hoodie, it came in the wrong size so I requested an exchange and I sent the hoodie back the very next day it’s took 2 weeks and the new hoodie still hasn’t arrived. The hoodie I got seemed to be good quality but the shipping times and how long its took them to send a new one out Is way too long.”
