“Definitely not happy with the service at Blakely. I purchased an item on the 10th November, Needing it before the 26th. I bought this item over 10 days ago and it’s not arrived and they won’t offer any solution bar a investigation that’s going to be another 10 days before they even make a decision of what to do. They told me I’d need to buy the item again if I want it sent out”

“I ordered my first Isabel hoodie in dusty pink, beautiful colour, the quality of the material is excellent, the sizing is on the big size so if you’re not wanting a really oversized hoodie I would go down a size, I ordered my second hoodie a heritage marl grey but unfortunately the cuffs were too wide a requested an exchange which was posted out to me 2 days later. Cannot fault this company & its customer service.”

“Back and forth trying to get an exchange for a faulty item and they are using every excuse they can not to give me an exchange. Not good customer service and a sham of a company. Would not recommend and will not wear previous items I have. Do not order!”
