“Well I have not recieved these items although they are for my daughters 14 th birthday presents. I have saved for these however never received them and when I emailed explaining this it was raised with the courier. As the couriers gos showed they was in my area at the time it states the items were delivered they would not give me replacements or a refund. So now I have no items ( still missing) and no refund which equals to no birthday presents. Blackely have said said no more about it just that it has been delivered. I live on a busy estate with lots of passers by yet the delivery service left the items probably in plain sight. Anyway my point is there will be no birthday presents as now I have no more money and zero help from blakely. I never have had a problem with them before when I have brought stuff. Cost of living crisis is currently still ongoing not everyone can afford just to buy again!!! To say I'm annoyed and frustrated is an understatement. So blakely want me to write them a review !! I really do t think they do.”
