“My order arrived torn and damaged, with several items missing. I provided photos as proof and did not sign for the delivery, yet Blakely relied on an unverified courier note claiming “no damage” and would not offer a refund. They insisted on a replacement or store credit, which goes against UK consumer rights for missing or damaged goods. Customer service was slow, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout. Very disappointing experience.”
