“Only thing that lets Blakely down is paying for a return. I don’t believe items brought online should be subject to a returns shipping charge and for that reason I would not buy from here again. Good quality items apart from that.”

“I am really happy with the price and speed of delivery. I usually spend around this amount of more on hoodies, but I've definitely found my new favourite brand! Plus matching leggings! It would be rude of me to not try out a coordinated look. Stunning. Washes and tumble dries well too”

“I've been looking constantly at the Brackley clothes range & when I saw there sale I decided to take the plunge & have a good proper look at what I wanted. I'm so glad I've invested in some of your great,quality lounge or gym wear because they are excellent fit for me because I struggle with clothes & been so small. I was worried that especially the leggings wouldn't hold out in fitting well but they have done me proud. Thank u so much Blakely for your lovely range of clothes. So very appreciated! 🙌🏽🥰♥️”

“I didn't received any confirmation of my purchase, didn't receive my order. Ordered Apex tickets and bra. I already contacted customer service which they told me my order is delayed.Ask them to send my ticket separately but they told me to order them via website. I already paid for my order,no reason for me to order them again. You have a problem with your system -fix it please. Don't ask customers to make another purchase.”
