“Quality of both products was awful. Combined £90 tracksuit and the quality felt like cardboard. Sent back for a refund.”

“Recommend this particular Brand to family & friends. The quality is worth the price. Even though the prices are high for jumpers! Sizing is bang on to Standard sizes suggested, properly wouldn’t go smaller than your normal Size you wear. The Jumpers do collect fluff easily, but the material is really soft & comfortable- wouldn’t change the quality though. If returning items, it can be pain and not cost effective, no inner label included for free postage etc.”

“I have order a set ( hoodie and sweatpants)for my boyfriend. Unfortunately, the pants were a bit too big and I have requested and exchange for a smaller size. Due to an error the small size was out of stock and they suggested to choice a different item instead. I have selected another pair of sweatpants which was a bit higher value and I have not been charged any extra for that. Thanks to Blakely team!”

“Wasn’t too sure what to expect, but these hoodies are buttery soft, so cosy, and lovely oversized comfy. They’re like a massive hug, i’ve not took mine off me since i got it. I want to replace my whole wardrobe with Blakely.”

“Item missing from order. Items received were bang on, like all the other products my family have ordered throughout the year. I placed an order as an Xmas present and my experience has been a let down. I felt like I was accused of either misplacing the item or trying to steal it. I personally after this, will not be ordering again”
