“I placed my order through the U.S. site, but it was shipped from the U.K., which resulted in unexpected duty fees of $38. The package was then held by DHL, and when I reached out for support, I was only met with automated AI responses repeating the same generic reassurance for 10 days. When I finally heard back from a human representative, I was told it was my responsibility to resolve the issue with DHL and arrange a return, offering no real assistance. This is highly disappointing and irresponsible customer service. No matter how good the products may look, the experience of hidden fees, lack of communication, and refusal to take accountability leaves a very negative impression. I think it’s important for others to know what they might encounter before ordering.”

“I love Blakely!! I’m like a walking advert!! I literally do an order every month because new stuff that I always want comes out l. The Isabel hoodie is my favourite and I have 56!! I have an addiction to this brand and I love it. So comfortable and I do not wear any other brand now.”

“Previously purchased shorts & jumpers which are great & comfortable, thought I’d try the active wear but was disappointed with the lack of support the clothing gave, although the material was lovely and soft it’s more suitable for lounging in my opinion”
