“Any help is wonderful! As I have bowel incontinence I wonder if a logo or sign could be developed for stores to put on file and people to know as by the time the card has been read and an assistant has found a manager it's too late! I was disgussing this with my Nationwide branch who said it would be good to have this so vunerable customers are not left embarrassed . Interested in what you think. A badge maybe that is recognised by the population ,some advertizing to support this. Gloria”

“Can be helpful but I don’t really use the community that much. I know my symptoms and the treatment I need when I flare up. The card is useful but you need to have time to. Get it out which often you don’t when you’re desperate for a toilet.”

“Due to a recent bout of anxiety a friend of mine recommended applying for the toilet pass. Never knew such a thing existed and this done wonders for my wellbeing. I have now recommended to my sister as her young daughter has anxiety issues also. It's easy to apply for and gives you great peace of mind. Thank heavens for the Bowel & Bladder Community!”
