“I recently downloaded my Just Can't Wait card to be able to claim Ally's Law and access a restroom when I have a flare-up. I haven't had to use it yet, but the peace of mind I get having it available is invaluable. My only request is if it could be saved as an app rather than a Wallet card. I would prefer to access it from my home screen - I've gotten used to apps for almost every go-to. Today when I wrote this review, I panicked because I couldn't find it. I had forgotten that it was hidden away in my Wallet app and not up front.”

“I feel more comfortable knowing I can access a toilet in a hurry. In just back from Lanzarote and I used my card a few times. No questions asked showed where the toilet was .”

We are working to raise awareness with all levels of community to improve everyone's understanding of what it's like to live with a bladder and or bowel condition. The more people show the card though, the more people will recognise it. “Not a lot of place even let you use there toilet I have ibs and my bladder Is very weak so when I need to go I really need to go or ill have an accident and it happened in a shop as they refused for me to go”

We'd like to reassure you that this is not a common response to the card, but we do know that there are still people out there that are either unable to help, or less informed of bladder and bowel conditions. Our mission is to educate shops and staff, in fact we have a special campaign running - it just takes time for people to adapt. If you'd like, we can contact the shop independently (with not mention of this conversation) and see if we can support their staff with further information.
