“Some of the things other people are going through you realise you are not alone.. it is so good to ask a question about what you going through and it is not daft to the group as its put together of different things that other people relate to and is a big help and advice on what they can do it may be good for you to I'm so pleased there is a group that can accommodate so many peoples needs in 1 group”

“I paid for and sent off for 2 cArds and only one was sent I've just lost my Freedom pass wallet with the B&BC card in it. I now have NO card. It's not always possible to show the E card”

“Really easy and quick to register for the electronic card However an actual plastic card that you can keep in your wallet is a much better solution for us older citizens who may not have a smartphone. Or carry it with them at all times. It’s so easy to photograph the electronic one for multiple use by others.”

“I ordered a radar key from you, the reason being is my incontinence and bowel issues. From placing the order and receiving the key everything was good from the service to the delivery. The key will help me when I'm out and about and require the toilet asp. Thank you”

“This site is so helpful and informative. I am about to go on a big trip to Australia and was feeling very low about my condition. The advice re travelling and the positive encouragement not to let my condition stop me doing things was invaluable. GP consultations are so restrictive and no space to really discuss practical issues and I felt left in limbo whilst I wait for another appt. I'd really recommend this site.”
