“Quite frustrating because didn't want an app. Wanted a card because quicker to take out and show. Seem unable to do this. Please advise”

Hello there, We're very sorry to hear of your frustration - there is a solution though! Plastic cards are available to purchase for a small fee of £2.95 to cover postage and packaging. If you visit our website, you can download the form directly, and you'll find instructions on how to apply by post for a plastic card on the form itself. “This community is one of the best! covering the most embarrassing subjects to speak about it has helped me overcome my difficulties and I have now been to the Doctors to talk about my B & B issues. Just knowing there are many more with the same feelings and issues has me has taken away some embarrassment and I now feel more empowered.”

“I’m new to the Bladder &Bowel community but found it helped at a time I was searching for info to help me come to terms with any further issues I might have to deal with. I will be visiting the site and the community again. I also downloaded the Just Can’t Wait Card and actually used it 3 time on a holiday I’ve just returned from, it really helped.”

“Great idea to show card rather than explaining problem. Issue is it’s refused I asked in boots the chemist into fort Glasgow also was going for eye examination in vision express they also refused to recognise the card.”

“While I have not had to use the card I find it a reassurance that it is there and the attention I have received from nurses and others has been very positive and helpful. Having a urinal bottle is also a great reassurance on a car journey.”
