“Easy to apply for a card and quick receipt , thank you, this will certainly change the way I shop. I used to avoid certain shops knowing I couldn’t use the toilets, now hopefully I will be able to go back to those shops”

“It was straightforward and quick to request the card. The card arrived within a few days and makes such a difference for me, when out and about. No more embarrassment trying to explain my situation. I simply show the card. Such a help at the current time of the pandemic, and needing access to a toilet.”

“I have been unable to use this in Glasgow. Tried two different places both refused to let me use the toilet. Not your fault but being 87 years old I tend to need the toilet quite regularly.”
